Very warm welcome at the pub and was then taken to my room. You need to manage three keys with colour coding to enter the secret garden, door to the building and another for the room. Mind the metal stop into/out of the secret garden. Very convenient to have Sainsbury's over the road to supplement the cereal bar and juice they kindly left as they don't provide breakfast, along with the kettle tea/coffee/hot chocolate provision. There is also a small cafee just next door which I didn't use so can't rate. Lovely towels, essential bath/shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. Comfy bed and everything clean.

The old building has no double glazing so the noise from the bar opposite and general people traffic in/out of Sainsbury's was very noticeable. To sleep I had brought my ear plugs and slept very well. I had a bit of trouble adjusting the shower, so it was hotter than I would have liked. Hopefully that was just user error.

Two night stay for a concert at London Stadium. Never been to Wapping area of London before, but really liked the vibe. We arrived just after 10pm and even though we had been chatting to the accommodation by message, everything was fine as the bar was still open. We checked in and still had time for a beer! Room was very comfortable, lots of space. We had room 9 downstairs which does open on to the beer courtyard, but both nights we were in the room late so there was no impact from any noise outside, all good! Really fab coffee shop next door, great for breakfast coffee and croissant stops! (Cinnamon).

Late at night, after midnight on both nights of our stay, there was a loud machine type noise from either upstairs or next door (the bar?), somewhere. Like a bathroom fan light noise, but much louder! Eventually fell asleep, but it was intermittent through the night. Also the bathroom door handle is too close to the frame, it catches your hand! Not an issue, just a comment!

Stayed for a night to go to see a Large Band play in the West Ham ground. Just around the corner from Wapping station. Staff and owner were very friendly and invited us for a drink after the gig. Room was clean and beds comfortable with a fan in the room to cool down with. Very friendly and welcoming and would definitely stay again. Thanks Bill for all the help and advice to get to the gig and for the drinks afterwards.

Don't have anything to complain about.

Ideally located in a tranquil and beautiful part of London. Only 3-4 stations from all the major attractions and sights and perfectly located in a neighborhood that you'll love to walk around. Under the rooms there is a nice pub, Ideal for a last drink before heading to bed. On the corner there is the cutest coffee shop where you can take your breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed-mattress

I didn't see any heating at the bathroom. not a problem for the period that I was staying, but it made me wonder, how will it be in winter...

Absolutely loved our stay at the dockers inn, bed was extremely comfortable, room was a cozy and well equipped room which had bottles of water, orange juice, hot drinks and snacks pub downstairs is also really nice, the location is brilliant with a tube station minutes away and easy to get too.

Our only cons were the walls are a little thin but we weren’t too bothered and there was an alarm that went off a few times during the night (we think from the Shop across the road).

Very nice room, clean with a big comfy bed. Very friendly helpful staff. I liked the additional touches of cereal bars and orange juice. Would deffo book again.

The shower was a bit broken and needed some tlc. There was only one set of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. As a couple it would have been nice to have x2 sets. No hand wash.

Rain, rain... London is not a particularly tourist friendly city. They promote public transit but they could communicate how to use it more simply and clearly. Unfortunately I drove to our hotel and I wasn't informed by Avis about the daily congestion fee so of course I didn't pay it. Now Avis has charged my credit card 240 pounds in fees and violations because I wasn't aware. Again, not a tourist friendly place to visit and I definitely do not recommend Avis at Heathrow they were not friendly

Rooms are located avove pub. We were Tuesday to Rhursday, so no noise.Generous wirh tiwels and cismetic. Unroom breakfadt, tea^ciffee facilities, drinking water, irange jyice etcwhich were bonus.Very helpful staff. Clean, good wifi, proximiry to bus and Wapping statiin a plus.

Shower first day - only +50c boiling hot, no posivility to mux with cold water as shower termostate us broken ( revuews repirts already in June) my partner got burnt.Next day it was adjusted by technical person and was only 25c. But ciold shower bettwler than not shower at all.

The location was amazing, so close to the underground. The room was beautiful and clean. The decor was modern and fresh. Bed was comfy and the pillows were even better. The bathroom was really clean and modern.

I dont want to grumble because our stay was everything we needed. The only niggle i have which is veey small, there wasn't any privacy from the pub. The rooms are in the beer garden so there was alot of noise when we first got to the room. It felt like people were in the room with us. That being said the beer garden is lovely and when we got back late on the beer garden was closed to the public so was quieter.

The room was spacious, very clean with everything needed for a short stay. Staff were lovely and really helpful. We will stay again and definitely recommend 👍👍👍

The air con was waiting to be fixed, they did provide a good size fan. We noticed a small fixture on the bathroom wall was broken but to be honest it was so minimal that we forgot to mention it. I am sure had we done they would have rectorfied it.
