The front desk did amazing job when our refrigerator didn’t wanna work they asked if we wanted fixed in the morning or can get another room right away. Which I went with getting another room but once that call ended I know the front desk was pretty busy when my family and I were leaving for dinner get a called back when going to dinner with my family and was told room will be ready once you get back with the new set of key cards. Just amazing how quick she was. the housekeeping man Jesse was outstanding support to what we needed for our room and very polite and kind hearted. Breakfast was so delicious had many choices of sausage patty’s omelettes bagels French toast fresh orange juice and kiwi strawberry water hard boil eggs etc.

The location was terrific - close to a mall and major restaurants, quick Uber to really anywhere we needed to go. The room was comfortable, beds and pillows exceeded my expectations. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than continental which surprised me.

There was no hair conditioner in my room, but my colleague in the room next to me indicated she had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Since it was mounted on the wall and not the disposable kind - I was surprised that the rooms weren't consistent. I did not call down - which I should have as I am certain it would have been corrected.

We had a clean, comfortable room, even with a quiet air conditioner! The location is also great, within easy reach of the Galleria shopping mall, restaurants, and quality grocery stores. Breakfast provided plenty of options.

The packing garage is tight, especially for big cars.

The staff were great, Excellent helpful people all around. The hotel was clean in general areas and they did a great job with cleaning the room every other day. Lastly, breakfast was rich and tasty.

There wasn't a lot to not like about the hotel. It was really nice.

It was clean and close to a lot of attractions

The pillows,breakfast and the loud cars at night sound like they were racing every night around 2am.

Value was great, room was very clean and comfortable, front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and it was nice to be able to get coffee and water in the lobby. Breakfast was great!

I didnt expect to be charged $16.95 for parking. That felt allusive when booking.

Breakfast was ok. The last day I was there I noticed a lot of pets on the 6 th floor and a bad smell. Only the one day

You should put all pets on the same floor and ask guests are they allergic before assigning them to a room on that floor

It was close to everything. We liked that there was breakfast, coffee, & a bar inside. The parking garage was nice and we liked that you needed the card to enter everywhere. Made you feel very safe

My only complaint was there was a family with a bunch of rowdy kids that was always very noisey while we were trying to eat. That’s not really the hotels fault .

The room and entire facility was super clean. Grandpa and the grandkids loved the indoor pool and they even had a Pelaton machine in the fitness room! The breakfast food was some of the best we have had in our travels and the breakfast hosts were fantastic!!!

Never like having to pay extra to park, but know that happens with a lot of downtown hotels.

The location is great and quite. I wish they should have the small stove or cooking top. Beside that everything is perfect

I dont like the A/C or heat cuz the noise is so loud when ur turn it on.
