I love the fact that the rooms were so modernly decorated everything you need in a room very comfortable bed TV coffee machine and I’m very clean modern bathroom. The staff that works at the reception were really helpful and positive dated everything they can to help me.🙏🏻

Only thing I can say is the location is not the safest location. There are people on the next block or a block after that they give you uncomfortable vibe. and it might not be very safe for a woman. If you wanna get back to the hotel at night I would suggest to take Uber or a taxi

The complimentary coffee every morning with a variety of snacks was superb. However, consider extending the period of serving.

Cleaning of rooms and replenishing of the toiletries should be done regularly not upon request. What I didn't like was the aspect of the holding fee of USD 100 which was to be released upon check out. To date, that amount is yet to be received on my end.

The value i got for the price was really good. It eas close to subway station that runs a line to many touristic attractions.

Not that I didn’t like but the neighbourhood could look dangerous for those who lives in very safe countries.

The shower has great pressure, no problems with hot water. Elevators are always fast. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's a Target and great dining areas like 20 minutes walking away from the hotel, and feels a lot safer.

Area, it's unfortunate that surrounding areas are dark and lonely, by night not only outside the subway, but also in the nearby streets close to the hotel are people that might cause some inconveniences,specially as a woman ( I recommend you don't go alone by night, I saw several women in groups at least of two) once you are away the hotel surroundings everything feels safer ( we love the local food!)

The facilities are clean and well equipped. The room had all the necessary amenities. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from a subway station and only 2 stops away from Manhattan. The complementary pastries and coffee in the morning are a really nice touch. The best asset of the hotel are the staff! They are all very helpful, polite and accommodating!

The location in which it sits is quite rough (close to the biggest housing project in the US). But, then again, if you’re not too picky that’s the price to pay to get a very good hotel at affordable prices in NYC! One last note is regarding the beeping of the lifts at each floor. While I understand it’s a requirement under US law, the volume is really loud and it resonates through the corridors and into the rooms. I would recommend adjusting the volume so that it is audible in the lift but not so much outside of it.

The staff were friendly. Rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Eating area at the ground floor was nice.

The breakfast was meagre, with morning beverages and some pastry, but we intended to have it outside so it didn’t affect our stay too much. The biggest issue was having a loud party next door that went all the way until 1am. I couldn’t sleep so I went to the front desk to complain and the staff told me that many guests and hotels nearby have also complained to the police and it is taking time to sort out. I won’t penalise the hotel for this since its out of control and they were doing their best.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Nothing bad to say about the hotel itself. As a bonus, we had complimentary breakfast which was very welcomed (some pastries and coffee, but enough to kickstart your day).

The hotel is a "hood". There is no bigger grocery stores, but only some local shops that looks shady and were there are a lot of dubious people (and there is a lot of "smoke" smell). We used uber during the night to reach the hotel just to be safe and we did our shopping during the day to be safe. Overall, nothing really happened, but it gives a bit of vibes of a "in the hood" movie.

Good price, nice people, clean and comfortable room. It’s 10 min walking to the subway and in less than 30 min you can be in Manhattan.

The neighborhood doesn’t look clean and safe, but in my opinion it was safe (I saw police there many times). One day the subway was not working and that is a risk of staying in this hotel; in the end we just lost 1 hour because we took another direction of the subway, but it’s risky to have just one subway close to your hotel.

The hotel is OK, it has pretty much everything you would expect. They will clean your room everyday and make you feel as comfortable as possible

I did not like the single-glass windows in my room. The neighborhood is quite noisy (like really noisy) and it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. They have a fitness room, but it barely has any equipment.
