When I arrived I was blown away. Parking for a vehicle with security. The very reception by the reception, entering the room, everything welcomed me as described here. Clean, tidy. The pool is outstanding. The beach is extremely close, about 150 m. I had breakfast paid for. What about breakfast, a buffet, and what else is missing from food? Excellent selection, over 40 foods on offer. For every taste. The first impression is a clear 10!

But, as the days pass, the shortcomings became apparent. The rooms were kept clean and there were new sheets every day. however, sometimes the towels were not changed, coffee and tea were not left next to the cooker, water for drinks was always left in the room in the first three days, after that not anymore, I even found the terrace messy on the penultimate day. So I had to ask the staff to deliver it all to me. The food for breakfast was also plentiful, but there was a lack of hot dogs, sausages that were always on offer during the previous days. Overall, this hotel could have received a clean 10 from me, but due to these shortcomings, I give it an 8. But in any case, I would visit this hotel again.

Staff was friendly and helpful i had a problem with my AC and got a better room with no fuss after they tried to fix it. Extremely quick and kind staff both the people working in the reception and the other staff are very friendly. Not to mention the hotel was very clean and well kept. For the price this is a bargain it has a very nice pool, a bar plenty of food and fruits for breakfast and it looks like they were still expanding building something more next to the pool. There was not anything to not like, the hotel is perfect wheter you wish to travel around it's a central location with both taxis, supermarket, bars, ATM's and the beach very close by. PS as shown in the pictures they also have a cute kitty that strolls around especially around breakfast it knows not to come inside but will gladly greet you if you call for it. Absolutely a luxury resort! Everything was excellent, the friendly and helpful staff. the facilities (the haman, sauna and tennis court with rackets and balls provided) plus the location. The view from my room to Ladies Beach and Samos, Greece was outstanding. A excellent choice for holiday makers and families.

I've had the pleasure of staying at the ADA Newday Resort in Kusadasi for 11 days this September and I have to say the experience has been amazing, The Hotel facilities are excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. A big thank you to both Selen and Denise who have gone out of there way to accommodate my working requirements for fast uninterrupted WiFi, as I've needed to work while here, and also my fussy requirements on Hotel Room view, which is exceptional as you can see from the images. The food is also excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the pool and pool area are spotless and well maintained as is the whole hotel. If coming here, you must try the Turkish bath, sauna and steam rooms, they are excellent as well as the massage treatments, for as little as €30 for a full body massage... I couldn't recommend ADA Newday resort enough, even its location, right beside Ladies Beach which has a beautiful board walk, with excellent restaurants overlooking the beach and sea. Also it is only 5 minutes in a taxi from the Town Centre, €4 in a taxi. Perfect location for the perfect stay in Kusadasi. Will definitely be back

Turkish breakfast was good, not everyone's taste, but we enjoyed it & there was plenty of choice, the hotel & location was 1st class 😊 The staff couldn't do enough, they were all lovely, especially Getin, the assistant manager, Deniz & Selan at front of desk, & our turkish bath & massages were fab, couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough, we will certainly be back 🥰

Very comfortable stay at Ada Newday Hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with great views. Very supportive staff. Very short walk to the lovely ladies beach. Nice range of foods at breakfast and dinner. Overall great value for money stay at a nice family-friendly hotel.

They have a great pool but not many other entertainment facilities e.g. no table tennis (that they say they have) and no tennis court. But overall still a nice place to stay

Really friendly staff and clean hotel. Very pleasant and definitely a place that we would like to come back! Very quiet, not crowded like in the other resorts so you can relax and enjoy holiday here. Also tasty breakfasts and good choice in the bar. Special thanks to Olcay for beautiful room and Nevzat for nice service in restaurant😍

Lobbies - both entrance and floor lobbies could be better lit Toiletries - were average Lift - was not working properly Some of the furniture was of average quality - like plastic chairs in the balcony

WiFi in my 6th floor room is very poor and intermittent. But good at the reception. Room WiFi signals could be different for others.
