Excellent breakfast. Laundry facilities. Ice. Comfortable decor in lounge. Friendly staff at front desk. Although we didn't have kids, the indoor pool area was nice particularly for small kids - it had a lot of fun things to do in the pool area.

Cleaning staff knocking on our door more than two hours before checkout

The breakfast was amazing! The spa tub in our room was enormous, lots of channels on the TV. The front desk people were wonderful, check in was very quick. Tons of parking.

The pool room as amazing as it was had so much chlorine in the air I couldn't be in there more than 5 minutes

The breakfast was excellent and a wonderful variety. The shower was a dream come true. There was no fear of falling in a bath tub. It was large, safe and comfortable. The bed was perfect and as I had a broken rib, it was great to sink into that luxurious bed. The staff was friendly and professional, patient and understanding.

Everything was great. There was no downers.

Casino next to hotel. Windows were covered. I think it brought down the pleasant feeling of the neighborhood. I really liked the Lava playground close by although we didn’t use it; I could definitely see that families would

The pool area was great for the kids, the breakfast/lobby area was nice and comfortable, the room was incredible and the location was decent. The price was perfect for the stay.

The back door we used to get to our room was hard to get into. I think the card reader was damaged.

The young lady, September, at the front was a 10 out of 10 in customer service. We were traveling and exhausted. She helped get us checked in with a caring a professional manner. So grateful for her. Everyone was wonderful.

The staff was great and took care of every problem we had

The guy next door had his TV up too loud so we could hear it in our room. The bathtub only half the jets worked, and we didn't have a hair dryer in our room and needed to call down for it.

Breakfast was great Location off the highway was easy off easy on. LOVE the fact it wasn't your basic hotel, it was decorated and planned to be a fun place to stay! We will stay there again when on our way to Washington.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. They provided services that were helpful, such as laundry room and tech center. Staff was knowledgeable about area and restaurants.

Overall a good location. The rooms were nice, the pool was fun and the staff was very helpful and nice.

The bathroom wasn't very clean when we got there and our ac unit was broken and very loud, but the staff took care of both issues asap. The beds were not very comfortable, definitely been used a lot. There was not a lot of parking. And the breakfast was not great.
