We had an amazing experience at this hotel, which is undoubtedly the best-located accommodation at the Bjelašnica ski center—better even than Hotel Nomad. The staff was exceptionally hospitable, making our stay truly enjoyable. The food was diverse and of high quality, with a well-balanced half-board menu that catered to both adults and children. The hotel is very child-friendly in every aspect, making it a great choice for families. For ski enthusiasts, this is the ideal hotel. If you or your children are beginners, I highly recommend hiring ski instructor Salih, who was extremely professional and patient, ensuring a great learning experience.

Everything was perfect.

The location is PERFECTLY placed. The view from the balcony and the distance from restaurants and other attractions made this the ideal spot. The food was great and the staff really friendly and accomodating. The Hot Tub and Sauna is definately worth trying.

Not having mugs or tea/coffeee in the room. This really brought my view of the place down. I didnt even have a spoon to still my tea in the morning, nor a mug to put it in. but there WAS a kettle and two glases which didnt make sense to me. There was a spce for a fridge, but no fridge. I expected much better and this place really made up for it in other ways. A small details easily fixed, if they just put two mugs and a spoon or two and some tea coffee, like alsmost EVERY other place I have been to has. I was able to get a mug and spoon from the restaurant but I feel I should to have had to do that. Not at a 4 star Hotel.

In summer most people come here for hiking and cycling, or skiing during winter. I've booked 3 rooms for a nearby summer trail running event, and we've all been very happy about our stay. Extremely friendly staff, the facilities were clearly signposted and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely beyond our expectations, with local dry cured beef ham and pura and grilled vegetables. I really liked it. The view from our rooms were also amazing, thank you for everything, we'll hope we'll get back next year!

Be careful at the parking lot, I've got some huge Audi parked so close that it was almost impossible to leave and it was in summer. If you have the option, go to the garage for parking, maybe that's more spacious.

Very clean, quiet place. Breakfast service is very good, plenty of variety. Ala carte menu is satisfactory. We met Fata, who works at the reception. She kindly answered our questions about many subjects. She helped us a lot. She also speaks our language (Turkish) very well.

We traveled as a group of friends. One of the rooms allocated to us was very small and impractical. It was really inadequate for 2 people. We had no problems in the other rooms.

Hotel has the perfect location,the rooms were very spacious and it’s very clean.the staff were extremely helpful and sweet and welcoming. We were upgraded to the 3 bed room which was really lovely. We would like to especially thank lovely Mukica from the housekeeping for her extra hospitality on our arrival and helping us with couple of logistical issues.

I would have liked the fridge and the safe in the room.

Absolutely everything! We did not expect the hotel to be this good. The staff was super friendly and responded to all our questions and helped us. Good breakfast with a lot of different food options. We even tried the Hotel Spa, which you can book for 4 persons and have full privacy. Cleanliness was also very good. I can highly recommend this place here since it was one of the best stays so far, and we will come back for sure!!

Room has a nice view towards the slopes and mountain.

At first, I booked room with queen double size bed and did include comment while booking procedure. Hotel staff didn't read my comment and gave me seperated beds for two people. I was lucky that hotel was not crowded because the mountain was lacking snow for skiers. So they have changed my reservation and gave me what I was willing from the beginning. Note, hotel staff should be more careful and read booking information.

All the staff was very helpful, friendly and kind. Enormous clean window with balcony gave us fantastic view on the ski slopes and the mountain. Food was very diverse and tasty. Thanks everyone for great winter experience.

Everything was great.

View and food in the restaurant were excellent. Parking lot was available and convenient. Staff was very polite and supportive. Bed was very comfortable. Room was well maintained during our stay. Overall very good accommodation with excellent view and restaurant.

Room was not sound proof. Young guests in the room next to us were very loud and we couldn't sleep well. I was able to hear them clearly while talking and laughing loudly later in the evening until long after the midnight.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the lifts. The staff is attentive and helpful. The hotel room is clean, functional, and modern. There is a free parking area available. Breakfast and dinner are sufficient and delicious. It is a very comfortable choice for families with children.
