It's so hard to find the right words to describe how it felt to stay there. * First of all, the room is super nice, it's nicely furnished, has the most comfortable bed, a bunch of pillows and blankets, a table, chairs to relax, a TV, a tiny fridge, capsule coffee, and a complimentary chocolate. The bathroom is very nice, and there's even Zara Home fragrance so the overall feeling is just top notch. * In addition, the breakfast was amazing, with variety of food, fresh croissants and fresh fruits every day. It was served downstairs in a beautiful room with a piano which looks like a very stylish brunch place you may find in big cities, and which you will definitely come to love. The chairs in this dining room are super comfortable, and you can relax, and just enjoy. The breakfast is served until quite late so you don't need to get up early on your vacation. * The beach is some 400 meters away, the restaurants in the area are very nice (don't pass by Anything but the pizza, it's one of the best I've tried). There are supermarkets nearby, and lots of little shops. Oh, and the area is super, and I mean super safe. The police station is 10 meters away from the house. * And the most important, Irina who works there is just simply amazing. She's kind, thoughtful, very hospitable and will make sure your stay is unforgettable, the whole team is super nice. P.S. My keys had a beautiful palm tree trinket and, to be honest, these little details is what makes this place so amazing and so unlike all the hotels or guest rooms I've ever stayed at.

The Internet in my room was quite poor) Not that I needed it frankly speaking because I spent very little time on my computer, but still. I think it's not the issue with all the rooms, just mine. Also, I've noticed that no one pays attention that in the booking details they state that additional 2 euros or something will be applied for each day of the stay. And since they kindly ask for that money when you're about to leave, it can cause somewhat of a hustle. Finally, make sure you let the owner know which time you arrive, because the personnel for sure is not staying there 24 hours a day.

Bedrooms in a beautifully restored building, good location close to the beach and to public transport into the centre of Porto. An Uber taxi into the centre does not cost much & will get you there in 10 minutes. If you'd like to be away from the noise of the city centre, close to a cooler, sea breeze in a nice neighborhood, then this is the ideal place to stay. Breakfast was included and a very welcome surprise. There's a private courtyard with seating and tables outside for anyone who smokes. Free parking is available around the corner from the building, if you look out a bedroom window you will see the back street. For solo travellers, the single bedroom with a single bed #23 is great value

The walk in wardrobe, cupboard area needs to be better ventilated as it has a musty smell.

The breakfast was simple and great, every morning I woke up smelling freshly baked bread and crosissants. The rooms were nice and clean, very nicely decorated, When you step out of the accomodation, you can see the ocean, you have within 5 min walk a store and a very good coffee shop. The bolt/uber from the accomodation is 5-6 euros to the city center

I wish they changed the towels more often.

This property is really nice, well-equipped rooms, comfortable bed, short walking distance to the ocean and to the bus that takes you to the centre of Porto. Host lady was also very welcoming (although she only speaks Portuguese which might cause communication problems if you don’t.) There is free fruit, tea, coffee and flavored water in the lobby at all times which was really nice.

Not very ideal for business travelers as e.g there is no desk to work at in the rooms. In some cases, it feels like design has won over practicality - e.g no light next to the bed, no trashcan in the room just in the toilet, not much space to unpack your stuff. Breakfast gets super boring after two days, some variety would be lovely to add.

Perfect location, both the neighbourhood and the location is calm and quiet in a nice building, 2 min far from the beach, exactly what I expected. Room is cute Breakfast was simple but delicious, I would not need more (coffee, fresh organe juice, fresh croissont)!

Isolation between rooms are not perfect, bathroom is very small but for a short stay it is ok.

It's not indicated on the description but they provided breakfast which was great. The owner is really kind, and the place is super convenient, quiet and easy to find. You need cash to pay the city tax (2 euros)

The water in the waiting area may need to be changed a bit or im not sure if regular water tastes like that. It was a bit odd when I drank it (almost like water that had egg soaking in it).

Located 5 mins by walk from the seaside, the accommodation was lovely and everything we needed. After our vacation around Portugal, we wanted to part with Porto properly and this was just perfect: cafés, bars and restaurants close by, a local feeling and oh, the ocean. Accommodation facilities are beautiful, they're located in a sensitively renovated old building. The room was very comfortable and the touch of the mediterranean tiny balconies-culture made a very homely feeling out of the experience. Breakfast was simple yet delicious and a special kudos goes to that lovely lady serving it. All in all a great value for money. Oh and not to forget: a self-checkin system was also a great plus to us. Would gladly come back.

Our friends recommended this hotel to us and we were very pleased. Good value for money, helpful and friendly hosts. We had several requests and they were handled very flexibly. The hotel is in a very nice and stylish neighbourhood, a couple of minutes from the ocean, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, we thank the hotel team very much for a great time in Porto.

The house and rooms are beautifull! The location, close to the sea and many nice little restaurants. We have been to Porto before and were looking for a relaxing place for one night instead of being in the center. Including a small breakfast of croissant, nice Juice and good coffee.

We had a room on the second floor. It took a very long time before the water turns hot in the bathroom. It is noisy, but depends on how noisy the neighnours in the room next to you are, if they are watching television for me it was annoying.

I really loved how super close it was to the beach and to a little grocery store.... For those looking to just be by the ocean this is a perfect choice

Very far from the city. Good thing is Uber is cheap here and that we didn't mind walking :)
