Good location, near the beach & town Very friendly, clean hotel

Although it was a good location, it was near a drug problem area. Pools were too small & cold for the hotel Rooms were noisy at night and early morning

The staff are very attentive. Made us very welcome and were amazing during our whole stay. Always willing to help. The beds were amazing, some of the best sleep we've had in ages. The roof top pool was welcome and very clean with drinks allowed in the pool. All our food was lovely and no complaints. We had a great time.

For a 5* hotel, it felt more 4*. Could do with more loungers on the roof top and the white furniture it's very comfortable. Aircon needed in the breakfast room, it got very hot in there, as the indoor pool was unusable due to the heat level. The rooms were lovely but expect more for 5* hotel, showers go from hot to cold and the black out curtains don't cover the whole window. Also there aren't sockets on both sides of the bed for charging phones. Also these things are fine and you'll have a great stay but seen better quality elsewhere.

Nice Hotel, Pool & Fitness Area. Close by Restaurants and Food Store. Really friendly Concierge staff. Requested and iron was directly available. Breakfast great fresh juices & sparkling wine awesome. Clean rooms

For that price thought they have an cooking station for breakfast for fresh made omlette. Sadly no salad bar. Requested Check in request wasn’t answered in advance wrote two times over booking.com if an earlier check in is possible. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed and the was door locked. It would’ve been great to have a view from there or the chance take some pictures even the pool isn’t available for swim

I attended for a conference. An extremely comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are very spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean., with tea and coffee facilities. They are warm. Indoor pool is spacious, warm, with natural light, and very well-designed. Colleagues spoke highly of the gymn. Wifi is excellent Food and drink in the hotel was reasonably priced, plenty of choice and good quality. The walk to the river is not too far, nor is the Casa di Musica. There is a lovely bookstall where guests can leave and take books. It is a luxury hotel without luxury hotel prices. There are a number of supermarkets nearby as well as local shops and a laundry. Conference support was excellent and technical facilities worked very well.

Location is the difficulty. A long way from the city centre (50 mins to an hour's walk) and a long walk from metro on a busy road. No direct bus to city centre. Happily taxis are not expensive in Porto. Area has some pretty streets but also some not very pretty 1990s housing complexes. Rooms are not completely soundproof and heating/air con is quite noisy. There is piped music in communal areas (happily not in pool) and it is louder than I should wish. Conference area is in basement so no natural light.

I liked the food The facilities were very stunning and well maintained The pool facilities were also beautiful The staff were impeccable and very friendly Also we forgot a pair of glasses in the common room, all we had to do was call the front desk and they left them at our room.

I would have liked better if there were a broad variety of juices and made by them instead of bought and only 3, also I liked the apple juice but the day after there wasn't any. I did enjoy the indoor pool, and booth indoor and outdoor were beautiful, but not as big as they seemed in the ad.

The staff were fantastic, Carlos in the restaurant , Daisy on the rooftop bar and the reception staff all were attentive and ready to help.The room was immaculate so, many thanks to the cleaner who cleaned daily and replenished items and towels when needed (room 610) The breakfast was plentiful and staff were regularly filling up stations and cleaning plates. The room is spot on with everything you need including air con and a high spec bathroom. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long while!

Felt luxurious, very clean and well kept. Fab breakfast.

Very little interaction with staff, rooms are nice but very basic, rooftop pool bar seat are hard and uncomfortable…it’s cold up there so didn’t sit out for long (May, 28 degrees by day) and seating so spread out that it was isolating for our group of 3. We got back to room and we’re chatting normally and each night our neighbours banged on the wall to sush us!! Little out of town but Ubers convenient and €5-9 to town depending on time of day.

Clean, comfortable beds, lovely shower. Overall it was great. Value for money was good, did without breakfast. Rooftop pool was a massive plus but was a relatively small area to sit when it was such beautiful weather- was very busy.

The air con was more of a fan, it wasn’t cool like usual air cons and it was 30 degrees on our visit so would have preferred proper air con. For a 5 star I’d expect more complimentary water for the room/drinks etc and it to be a little more modern, but a lovely 4 star is how I’d rate it.

its better than in pictures and everything is very nice a bit outdated when it comes to decor but i recommend this hotel

in room dining the salad was without dressing, the house keeper clean near rooms so loudly and the water in the shower needs heater program or sthg sometimes cold and then hell hot then freezing cold. check the mini bar bottles some are mixed with water and no liquor in them

cleaning service was good. staff was very helpful.

don’t get tricked into this Hotel for the roof garden and pool. you will not use it as there are no comfortable sunbeds. opening hours for indoor pool is not long enough. skip the evening buffet for 25€. Not worth it. very noisy as soon as you open the windows.
