For that price thought they have an cooking station for breakfast for fresh made omlette. Sadly no salad bar. Requested Check in request wasn’t answered in advance wrote two times over booking.com if an earlier check in is possible. Unfortunately the roof top pool was closed and the was door locked. It would’ve been great to have a view from there or the chance take some pictures even the pool isn’t available for swim

I attended for a conference. An extremely comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are very spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean., with tea and coffee facilities. They are warm. Indoor pool is spacious, warm, with natural light, and very well-designed. Colleagues spoke highly of the gymn. Wifi is excellent Food and drink in the hotel was reasonably priced, plenty of choice and good quality. The walk to the river is not too far, nor is the Casa di Musica. There is a lovely bookstall where guests can leave and take books. It is a luxury hotel without luxury hotel prices. There are a number of supermarkets nearby as well as local shops and a laundry. Conference support was excellent and technical facilities worked very well.

Location is the difficulty. A long way from the city centre (50 mins to an hour's walk) and a long walk from metro on a busy road. No direct bus to city centre. Happily taxis are not expensive in Porto. Area has some pretty streets but also some not very pretty 1990s housing complexes. Rooms are not completely soundproof and heating/air con is quite noisy. There is piped music in communal areas (happily not in pool) and it is louder than I should wish. Conference area is in basement so no natural light.

I liked the food The facilities were very stunning and well maintained The pool facilities were also beautiful The staff were impeccable and very friendly Also we forgot a pair of glasses in the common room, all we had to do was call the front desk and they left them at our room.

I would have liked better if there were a broad variety of juices and made by them instead of bought and only 3, also I liked the apple juice but the day after there wasn't any. I did enjoy the indoor pool, and booth indoor and outdoor were beautiful, but not as big as they seemed in the ad.

don’t get tricked into this Hotel for the roof garden and pool. you will not use it as there are no comfortable sunbeds. opening hours for indoor pool is not long enough. skip the evening buffet for 25€. Not worth it. very noisy as soon as you open the windows.

Clean, comfortable beds, lovely shower. Overall it was great. Value for money was good, did without breakfast. Rooftop pool was a massive plus but was a relatively small area to sit when it was such beautiful weather- was very busy.

The air con was more of a fan, it wasn’t cool like usual air cons and it was 30 degrees on our visit so would have preferred proper air con. For a 5 star I’d expect more complimentary water for the room/drinks etc and it to be a little more modern, but a lovely 4 star is how I’d rate it.

5 stars experience compared to what you get from the same price in Porto and other cities. Unfortunately I didn’t had time to fully explore the amenities but everything was amazing.

The bed was not so comfortable. The breakfast was a bit overpriced considering the stay but the variety of food was very good. It was mentioned one price but then I was charged for the duration of the whole stay despite the fact I would only have breakfast during two days of my stay. I should had communicated this beforehand and couldn’t undo it. The drinks are also very expensive in the hotel. I would understand if it was a premium beer and the cocktails but 4 euro for the mainstream beer or coke zero was a bit audacious

Our room was spacious, the bed huge and comfortable and the bathroom well designed and roomy. Very clean throughout with kettle and minibar teabags/instant coffee provided. The very impressive hotel was central to buses shops and great nearby restos. Pool Jacuzzi with free towel access was great.Customer service was exceptional especially Katerina on the reception who is an asset, warm and happy to help with anything.

12th floor room gave fab views but we missed having a balcony. Pathetic drawers design, handles were off set and very very difficult to open. Wardrobe door was equally stiff. Heads up to future guests ! First day we had 4 espressos in the hotel bar and got charged 14 euros!! Across the road same 4 coffees 4,80 !!

This hotel was so lovely, me and my friends had a great long weekend. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and the breakfast in the morning was really good, lots of food on offer. We enjoyed the walk to the centre as we like to look around, however it was also very easy to book an Uber. The rooms were very nice and clean and spacious enough for friends sharing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great food, really upmarket place and staff are lovely. Central Porto was about a 30mins walk as was the beach so you’re kind of in the middle of a residential area. Close to the airport though.

Really lovely place but I booked it to have the outdoor pool and it was closed during my visit and nothing was advertised to say it would be. This was really disappointing as I would have chosen a better location.

I came to this hotel for a short holiday with my child, it was a super nice experience, nice and spacious hall, our room was very confortable, big and clean with a nice view, and we had free water, teas and coffee in the room, nice chanels for children on the tv, the heated pool was well heated, nice and modern Gym, also the staff was helpful, we had an issue with the safe in the room, and they helped us rigth away. If you want to stay near casa da musica and others atraction in this part of the city this hotel is a great option, good price for the quality, will come back for sure!
