The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife was feeling under the weather when we arrived and the lovely receptionist directed us to the nearest pharmacy. She loved the little teapot for tea. We’re from New York and usually we only get 1 cup with water and a teabag so perhaps this a European thing to give a mini teapot/tea bag but she loved that so much. It felt like a personal caring touch.

What we didn’t like doesn’t pertain to the hotel itself or staff but just the area. It was near a hospital which was convenient but there was a lot of construction going on in the surrounding avenues and there was a man on the street asking for money. We’re used to that since we’re from NYC but didn’t expect it here too.

It was absolutely great. Staff was very kind and nice. Modern - smell ēd really nice. It had everything you needed. Reception 24 hours. It was really great stay.

There was no coffee machine in room although kitchen was fully equipped-so if you wanted coffee you had to go reception and you have to pay. Parking wise off street parking right in front of the hotel worked out cheaper - with an app EasyPark extend via app. It is free after 7pm and weekends.

The room was impeccably clean and serviced daily. The hotel itself is situated in a tranquil and quiet location.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered some significant issues with the reception staff and the facilities. Upon check-in, I was initially assigned a room that was not the one I had booked. When I addressed this with the reception staff, they attempted to justify the change by claiming that I would not like the other rooms, which seemed like an excuse. After insisting on receiving the room I had originally booked, the staff eventually complied. Additionally, I found the parking situation to be quite problematic. The hotel's parking spaces are extremely narrow and more expensive than available street parking options. Overall, the experience with the reception staff and the parking facilities left much to be desired.

The neighborhood was quiet. We chose this place for location and private gated parking off the street. There was someone at the front desk at all times. Prior to our stay, they were responsive to all our email questions. The staff was welcoming and very helpful and informative with the area and Porto. They made us Capaccinos in the mornings on there wonderful coffee machine. I think every room had a balcony.

Road work and detours on a major street nearby caused congestion to the toll roads for daytirps two days in a row - one to Santiago and to Braga a different day but the roads were clear coming back. This would not be a problem for most people who would be going into Porto to enjoy those attractions. The weather was warm and the AC would not stay on the preferred setting and kept defaulting to a higher temperature. The light by the bed did not work and the phone in the room was dead. The staff did put in a work order but it was not working for the 3 nights we were there, unfortunately. The shower was small for a man and closed at a corner - water escaped.

Location is 15 min from OPO on a quiet street across from a park. Great dining options close by. Very comfortable, clean & crisp bed, towels. Breakfast was on time & very good with coffees, teas, juice, fruit, croissant, jam, ham, cheese, and tartlet. Arrived jet-lagged, hungry, & befuddled; welcomed with warmth, courtesy, & good humor.

Shower stall is tiny. Not enough clearance from taps to avoid getting burned without extra caution. Vanity tap is loose.

I loved how clean the floors were kept I loved the towel changes everyday and general cleanliness meets my expectations The receptionist on the day of my check- in was very helpful in showing me bus routes and providing local information about shops. The other receptions were also very friendly. The ladies that clean were very nice people and thorough.

The car park is difficult to get out of because it’s so small. Understandably not much can be done about this.

Clean and spacious room with a small kitchen included, which was a big plus. Provides daily cleaning service and breakfast is delivered to the room.

Breakfast was ok, but not great. Also, the cleaning staff went through the cupboard.

Lovely friendly staff would do anything for you. Lovely and clean comfortable rooms. Quiet at night. Easy access to public transport.

Kitchen could do with more utensils. Had to ask for a kettle. Utensils need updating, cheap saucepan with hole in. Coffee machine would be nice.

Unfortunately (probably because we asked too many questions when we arrived about the local area) they forgot to tell us breakfast was available so we assumed, as it’s apartments, it wasn’t and ordered an Uber!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and had the required facilities we needed. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed and bed made. The location was great we got to where we needed by walking, getting a quick bus ride or got cabs which were affordable.

When we initially got there the room wasn’t so clean and utensils, plates were dirty but after that the room was cleaned daily. It would be great if the property could have more than one iron, at times we needed to use it and had to wait for it. It would also be great if the property could put a notice on the mini bar on the site or tell them in person on arrival that it’s not included in the price. On booking.com it got a tick on the list of things provided to you at the property so it gives the impression that it’s included within the price. I also wasn’t informed there it’s not part of the bill and was charged extra when I left.
