The employees were very friendly and helped immediately with everything I wanted to know and asked. The room is very basic (like Ibis Budget generally is), but perfect just to have a room for a night. We came back to the hotel after we were at a freezing and raining festival. The hot shower and the bed were a dream after the freezing situation before. Parking is also fantastic. When the parking lot is full, you just park in one of the other parking lots from the other hotels and give the ticket to the reception to validate.

Leaving the highway and finding the right entrance to the hotel was very confusing and we had to drive in circles many times, since we missed it very often. But once we were there, eveything was perfect. The public transport situation is very confusing. There are two busstops directly on the highway which are very hard to reach (which I've never seen). But there is a bus which goes to the music house in Porto. Just ask the emplyees and they will show you where to go. Still, we decided to go by car (which isn't always the best solution in Porto), because the bus situation was already complicated enough (especially during the weekend). Ibis could improve their toilet paper sitution, which feels like blank writing paper.

The hotel is nice and clean. Has private parking and a vending machine in case you need some coffee or a snack in the evening. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Bed is very comfortable. The rooms are warm, cosy and quiet. We were really pleased by the staff treatment and how they welcomed our dog (with some little gifts).

Toilet has almost zero privacy (there’s just a door with no lock)

Convenient location due to proximity to the motorway for early morning travel to the airport. It was also a convenient taxi journey away to the city centre which we enjoyed visiting before our return flight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free little easter eggs available on reception :)

Nothing as it was the basic accomodation we needed for one night before our return flight back home.

I really liked how private and convenient the service was. Arriving very late or early morning. Receptionist greeted with a smile. They agreed to give me extra pillow for myself

The room was always extremely warm. I am from the caribbean, my partner from Porto, still felt weird how warm the room stayed and it wasnt clear got to lower the temperature. Cleaning staff, when encountered on the hall didnt look happy. Many scratches on the floor, the hotel should invest on renewing the hotel, restorative maintenance. Sometimes the TV had a twitch, the WC in the room needs better ventilation, would love to get hair conditioner in the shower

Simple check-in process, friendly staff, parking, accessibility.

Old equipment in the rooms, needs updating. Poor soundproofing and loud noises coming from other rooms generated by basic guest actions like opening the bathroom door. Cleaning staff having loud conversations in the corridor starting early.

welcome reception only took a couple of minites and we were all checked in,Very Very helpful stafe ondered a taxi for next morning early and it arrived prompt and spoke English(perfect).Breakfast was fresh and restaurant clean ,we left fortified and ready for the day.

out of hours servis was by vending machine only excepting payment by card on phones (not helpful for us oldies) ,was told to use other Ibis 50 meters away for any requirments ,not good at 04:00 in the morning.

Once again, I REPEAT. It was a pleasur to comeback to your hotel. Very nice and friendly staff!!! Early breakfast was possible for our group of 18 people! PERFECT! We are coming back.

Clean and comfortable ideal for overnight stay. It was a little cramped for us - tiny shower and sink actually in the room, no separate bathroom but we expected that for a Budget Ibis. Moved across the road to the Ibis for our remaining 3 nights. Nice breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. It was a little out of the City centre but a €6 taxi ride took roughly 10 mins depending on traffic

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast was perfect. My room was on the ocean side and the view was perfect

The hotel was very clean and the room had everything you might need to spend a couple nights, very comfortable as well.

Only thing we didn't like were the eggs at breakfast, they tasted like vinegar, but this was just a personal preference.
