We choose this Hotel because it's close to the City Centre of Porto, with a compartively bigger room and also has parking slot, which is important to us. The room is comfortable although it's not a very cheap room. It's close to a shopping mall, but we don't have time to take a look in final. It's good to have an indoor parking slot, we don't mind to paid extra for this service.

Not really. Although the location is not inside the old town, but this is within a reasonable distance if you drive. Porto is difficult to find any parking slot, also it's not convenience to live in the old town if you've many luggages.

It was a very special time for us to be with our family this year, and in such a beautiful place. None of us have visited Portugal before, but feel sure we will make a return visit, especially as there are so many places of interest to see. We had a wonderful time.

There was not anything we did not like. All of the staff were just delightful, and we all enjoyed some extremely good food in the hotel.

The room was very well appointed, comfortable, beds and tea making facilities. It was also very quiet. Underground car park was very good with lift access to all floors and very reasonable cost. Large shopping centre and supermarket very close.

Access to the city wasn’t easy but, taxis and ubers were reasonable. Staff weren’t able to help much with directions etc. to the city. They did finally find a map after we asked if one was available.

Good room - Comfortable bed, good size for shower area compared to other hotel in Europe.

Buffet breakfast, everything cold, prepared overnight. The following food are cold - Boiled eggs, croissants, chocolate croissants, bread rolls. No sausage available. bacon and scramble eggs are not in correct temperature inside warmer. Not worth for 17euro.

Modern hotel adjacent to a major shopping center with a large food court. Breakfast buffet was lovely and relatively secure free parking was readily available just outside the hotel. It isn’t central but rather a 20 minute Uber ride into the city or a safe one hour walk up or down hill. We did both.

The location isn’t ideal but can be managed by taking an Uber or walking if you have the energy.

Very friendly staff. Nice rooms with enough space, 2 chairs and top quality beds. Good bathroom, large TV. Tea cooker. Large corridors. Closed Parking underneat the hotel.for 5 euro per day. Direct at the shopping centre. When you walk through that, you land at the main entrance of Hospital Luz Arrábida, where I had an operation and my wife could stay in the hotel, the days that I had to stay in the hospital.

Toilet and bidet are só low that I thought they were made for dwarfs. Not too much storage.

Great location with secure car park and shopping centre next door .Bright clean and excellent value hence our fourth visit .

Cafe sevice still forgetful but food variety and taste reasonably good . No kettle in room . Would like a list of hotel numbers on phone .we could not order room service as dialling wrong number .Its not 0 but 9 so always got engaged tone

For my purpose - great location, right next to the highway, so easily reachable. Also, not far away from Porto city center and other city’s main attractions (10-15€ uber). There is a shopping mall right next to the hotel, so great to buy gifts no need to waste time looking around through the city.

Uncomfy pillows

Didn’t stay for breakfast had to get to the airport. Location is very close to a mall & hospital, helpful if you need such things. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, chef’s pizza. Very good enough for two people.

One bed would have been fine. The room came with a double and a twin. I would have liked the extra walking room instead of a bed. But I understand that it would be perfect for three travelers.

We keep coming back to this hotel. Very practical location especially when you have a car! Great room service always available and super nice breakfast. The rooms are confortable and quite and after some years booking local apartments it feels great to come back to professional service ☺️
