The hotel was easy to find, rooms and bathrooms was comfortable and spacious, staff were friendly and professional and all the facilities were clean. A particular highlight for us was the food, which was absolutely delicious! We experienced the dining at the restaurant, buffet breakfast, and room service. The pool really nice as well, especially after sunset when the heat goes down.

The soundproofing between rooms are poor, we can hear people sneezing from other rooms, sounds of children crying from the rooms across the hallway and occasional sounds of things dropping from the floor above. If you plan to be out of the room for most of the day, this would not be a bother. Additionally, we specifically asked for non-smoking rooms but the hallways often smelt strongly of cigarettes and when the bathroom fan is turned on, the smell of cigarettes filter into the rooms as well. Perhaps this happens when another guest is smoking or has recently smoked in their room. If you are a smoker this is not as issue, but if you are sensitive to such smells or have small children, this would be unpleasant.

Hospitality was above expectations. Mr. Vinu and staff served us as family members. Room service attends in milliseconds whenever needed. Tell the reception what information you need to know and they will find you the answer (what ever info you want to know). Wifi was strong, extra strong. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee was extraordinary. Amazingly, the smile doesn't leave the staff face (room service,restaurant,reception,etc.). I have seen them talking to each other, they are an example of a well trained,professional and happy,satisfied employees. * street constructions going on, makes it difficult to have a walk outside. * The swimming pool is on the 10th floor but only two chairs are available to sit near the pool. * Small area to walk around the pool. * View of the city. * Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool. I hope that in future a coffee stand will be made near the pool to enjoy coffee,cold air breeze and city view.

Centrally located within walking distance to eateries and transport including Metro. Good facilities, modern gym, rooftop pool, WiFi and excellent food at their restaurant. Staff very attentive and friendly. Also, hotel rates very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, there is renovation taking place on the outside walls and there can be disturbance from the work taking place. Hotel needs to ensure the work stops around sleeping time. Also, there is the Metro line extension taking place along the hotel road and that causes undue traffic congestion which is fair to say is not under hotels control. All in all it would not stop me from staying there next time.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff who catered to our every need. Our stay at Luxo lasted about two weeks, alongside ten other family members, and we found the rooms to be comfortable and in line with our expectations. The location was ideal, offering convenient access to malls and other key destinations we needed to visit. We especially appreciated the attentive staff, who were always available to assist us, even during the early hours of the morning. This 4-star accommodation exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

I have no complaints about the hotel, we were extremely happy with all aspects.

After 2 day's trekking in a very wet Munnar, we needed somewhere comfortable to stay in Kochi before our next journey. The Luxo exceeded all our expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much for them. They even arranged an express laundry service for our muddy gear which was quicker than the standard time. The room was big and the bed was comfy. A hot shower and spotless bathroom also helped us relax. The on-site restaurant was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, offering a range of local and international dishes for a very reasonable price. All-in-all, the perfect place to stay in Kochi.

Brand new hotel, super friendly staff, very neat & tidy rooms, very close to Palarivattom junction & Metro station, restaurant serves freshly prepared Ala Carte menus though breakfast buffet was not available, beautiful rooftop pool, very quiet not crowded, ideal for families & business people. Special mention goes to Ms.Sherin, Ms.Akhila, Mr.Rashid, Ms.indraja & all other staffs whose names not mentioned for their super friendly behavior & hospitality❤️

A little hard to locate the hotel though very close to Palarivattom junction, signage could be improved.

Exceptional staff who were very attentive, kind and helpful. I would highlight the exceptional customer care received from Sujith.

The bathroom cleaning can be done a bit more throughly. Not just the toilet but in all corners.

The staff were so cordial...They were exceptional...From the security guard to the reception staff, floor managers, housekeeping staff were awesome...We got good value for money.The Stay was so comfortable.

The location is a bit tricky...Most of the uber drivers can't pick up the location.

Bed was extremely comfy, check in was quick. WiFi worked brilliantly.

Bathroom had been cleaned but needs replacing and was grubby. Sheets were clean but stained. Hotel is on a very busy road meaning it is difficult to walk anywhere and I wouldn’t stay again for that reason.
