It was an amazing overnight stay and well worth the money. I will be back in two months, and I will be booking with this hotel again! The person working the desk the night I checked in about 10:30pm. I didn’t get her name but she had a great attitude. She was super sweet and probably the best employee at a hotel that I’ve ever checked in a hotel with before! Also, the older woman the next morning at checkout was also super sweet! I love that they gave me an option of the bottom floor or top floor!

I guess the only thing I didn’t like about it was I couldn’t find a parking spot in the front. And there was an obvious smell of marijuana, but I know exactly where it came from because there was a person walking in right in front of me that obviously was partaking so that’s no fault of the hotel at all!! They were amazing and those people should have more respect for businesses!

Comfortable; easy access from I95

The first room we were given was unmade from the previous customers. Thus lugging bags and a dog to the room and a return to the front desk. The second room we were assigned was a little more wary. We opened the door and someone else was occupying the room. we checked in at 10:30 at night so this was awkward as well as potentially a safety issue. Learned the next day that there was a compute glitch ; however it does not excuse the problem in my opinion.

Nice place, lots of space for the room, nice stop close to I-95 for traveling. Helpful when asked for things but didn't do much unless you ask for everything. Stayed just a few months ago and it was better kept then, so stopped again. But didn't have as good of an experence this stay.

They had coffee lids that didn't fit the cups well and ended up with a bad burn on hand from the lid popping off and spilling hot coffee on me. And they were out of a lot of things at breakfast. They didn't stock anything unless you asked. Had to ask for milk, yogurt, cream cheese, cups, lots of stuff...

Facility is conveniently located easy off/on exit 164 in Florence, SC, on I-95. Very spacious and comfortable double queen room with extra desk space. Friendly and helpful check-in clerk. Breakfast was bacon/scrambled eggs/bagels/assorted bread and waffles if you wanted to take the time to make. Lobby had accessible carts to transport luggage to room.

Please hotels, do something about the useless toasters - takes 5 minutes and my bagel is just warm, not toasted. Small TV in our room (32") - although reception was fine but the channel options/numbers were very odd.

The ancillary saff is helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable. Quiet hallways. Coffee and water are available in the lobby throughout the day. Microwave and nice size fridge in room. Plenty of towels provided without asking. Darkening curtains. Close to restaurants.

Front desk less friendly. Shared no amenities at check-in ie breakfast, wifi, ATM etc. Carpet in elevator soiled and odorous. Rooms could use a little updating

Bed very hard expected the sleep number bed which was why I have stayed with Radisson in the past. We came to breakfast at 8 and the bacon and eggs were gone, eggs did get replenished but no bacon!

Staff was nice and very helpful. I liked the ease to get to the hotel right off the highway. Entrance and desk area was welcoming and nice with the electric fireplace, lemon water available, and fresh chocolate chip cookies for a weary traverler.

Breakfast wasn't as good as we thought it would be. It will be very nice when they get their renovation next year.

The room was clean, the size that I needed, was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast nook was large enough to accommodate a good crowd of people.

The breakfast we received was far below what was advertised, but that was not the fault of the hotel, actually. The team assigned to come and get the breakfast service going did not arrive for nearly an hour after breakfast was supposed to be served, but they were out-sourced and were not actually "staff" of the hotel. (So, this was one thing that we didn't "like" - but at the end of the day, let's face it - if "not having a hot breakfast" was the worst thing that happened to us all week, we'd be fortunate. Something minor from my point of view.)

The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Air would run you out of the room. The lady that checked us in was super friendly.

The tv was small and outdated. Could not flip through channels had to type each channel number in to change the channel. Housekeeping is every 3rd day of your stay. I'm okay with that but there needs to be a way for the trash to be gotten out of the room or put bigger trash cans in the room. We stayed 3 nights and the trash overflowed.

The location was good for my family. Lots of food and gas options which is good as we were driving from Florida back home to New Jersey. Bed was super comfy and the room was rather large compared to other hotels.

The bed covers to me were uncomfortable. The texture was not my thing. Whoever was in charge of breakfast did not show so the morning of checkout was hectic, the worker that was handling everything stayed professional though and handled the stress like a champ.
