All staffs from front desk, bell boy, wait staffs are very friendly, super helpful, and courteous. Our trip was a gift for my daughter and even though it was the day after my daughter’s birthday when we arrived, the staff still went out of their way to give her a surprise birthday cake. It was thoughtful and extremely nice of ALL staff to come out and sing and greet my daughter a happy birthday. I should say they all went above and beyond. Plus meeting the friendly Mr. Jung( who I found out is the CEO of 6 La Siesta Hotels) 😊

From the moment we arrived, everything about La Siesta Premium Saigon Central exceeded our expectations. The staff are truly the soul of this hotel — warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond. From the restaurant team to the front desk, every interaction felt personal and genuine. A special thank you to Olivia, whose kindness and professionalism stood out and made our stay all the more memorable. The hotel itself is brand new, and it shows in every detail. The rooms are spotless, the design is elegant yet welcoming, and the facilities are top-tier. Everything feels fresh, thoughtfully curated, and exceptionally maintained. And then there’s the location — right in the heart of Saigon. Walking distance to many of the city’s key sights, shops, and cafes, yet the hotel still feels like a calm retreat from the busy streets outside. This is easily one of the best boutique hotel experiences we’ve had. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed 5 nights. The hotel is new, very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The staff is really amazing. We highly appreciated this. The breakfast is very good. The food can satisfy all tastes: Asian and European. The hotel has a top roof bar open until midnight which is great. There are a swimming pool and a gym too. It has also a restaurant/bistro which is very good. The location is perfect for visiting the city and for the pickups in case of organised tours. Recommended. Good value for money in Ho Chi Minh City

Our room was not so big. There is no closet to put things in, in case of a longer stay, as ours. Our big backpacks were in sight and the room looked messy. Also the bathroom is quite small. These aspects are not fundamental (my rating is, anyway, top); it's mainly an observation. I prefer a smaller room but very clean instead of a less clean big one.

Wow what a little find this boutique hotel was. This was our first time to Vietnam and this hotel is the perfect location we just walked everywhere .Traveling with our teenage daughter this hotel offered triple rooms …to have one room with a king bed and a single bed made our stay very affordable.The rooms are really lovely and spacious. The hotel itself is very clean and modern ,the pool area is small but perfect to cool off . The best part about this hotel is the staff they are exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Loved the hotel, and all the facilities! The staff is beyond amazing, they were all so attentive and kind. We had such a lovely and fun Christmas celebration, 5 course meal presented with a show, the drinks were perfect and our server Kim was incredible, so sweet and kind to us ❤️ Shout-out to Olivia our customer care person, she was super helpful with relevant info and quick responses. We will definitely be back, thanks to the entire team who works there, we've rarely had such a fantastic hotel stay. If you're looking for a place to go in Ho Chi Minh, La siesta is the place to be. They had a photographer at the Christmas event, the day after we came back to printed photos in frames in our room ❤️❤️❤️

Some issues with the laundry service, but nothing too problematic

The property was great only just been open so everything is brand new. The staff were very helpful and location great.

The breakfast wasn’t great and gym very small with not much options.

It’s a new hotel, so you can imagine the newest and cleanest designs. Minimalism. Located 10 min walk from Cho Ben Thanh

We experienced noise all night and early morning due to a number of factors. Level above us was moving furniture what seems to be all night, a lot of knocking around and also the rooftop had an event, if you’re a light sleeper these rooms are NOT sound proof. We stayed in two diff rooms during our stay (extended stay) and both are “connecting” rooms via a door. I could hear next door making a tea and clearing her throat as though she was next to me. Very thin walls.

beautiful new hotel opened just a month ago good size rooms, excellent bed, really loved pillow menu so I could order low microfibre pillow that wasn't in the room, it was brought within 10 minutes beautiful, very friendly, and helpful staff

All the staff is just wonderful but most have limited English so there were a few small hiccups due to misunderstanding It didn't by any means cause major disruption, more annoyance. I think as a guest we have to realize that questions and instructions have to be put in simple language and maybe confirm understanding I also think they need to install rails at the pool entering steps for safety

Very central location, close to major tourist attractions. We have booked the owners suite for 2 adults and a teenager. The layout and views from our room wasn’t the best. Main bedroom had no natural light, no windows.

Option for a bright central lights in each room would make things easier to unpack luggages and finding items. And option to turn off bedside lights should be placed at more convenient locations. Current lighting setup Is for cosy and warm, not for looking for things or at hard copy documentations.
