Fabulous Hotel recently updated in 2018 with modern finishes. Everything was amazing - the Staff was over the top friendly and helpful, the bar area with fireplace and expert mixologists exceptional, nice afternoon tea, beautiful views, delicious restaurant for breakfast (need to book ahead to seat for dinner @30 euros/pp/4 courses, spa exceptional with heated pool, lounge, massage and rooms big with wonderful showers, toiletries (hyaluronic lotion) and wonderful outside area with hot tub, outside fire pit and balconies to view the mountain scape. We will return to stay here and spend more time in Castelrotto - a wonderfully idyllic location for experience and close proximity to ski slopes.

Everything Exceptional.

We got upgraded room with bathtub. The room was very nice with mountain view. Its spacious and clean. The breakfast were good. The staffs were nice to us especially the one who greeted us when we were checked in. He explained to us very detail about hiking in the area. However there was one staff was rude at us at the parking lot. My husband already signaled him that we were sorry, but he was showing black face to us. One of the night we had dinner at the hotel, the food and the service were good.

Wish there is a door in the shower area. The water keeps flowing out since there is no partition/door.

So much to love at this hotel The staff were so lovely helping us to plan hikes & recommending Refugio’s to eat at Beds were super comfy Great location in the centre of Castlerotto- stroll to the supermarket and gelato & minutes away from the bus which takes you for free (with the mobility pass)

Minor comment - the spa area felt a bit outdated Wouldn’t stop us staying again we loved it

Everything. From the time we arrived being greeted by the lovely staff, then the ease of unloading and parking the car. We were given a fabulous welcome drink before being shown to our room and having everything explained to us. We purchased a half board package and it did not disappoint, the evening meals were of a very high standard and beautifully presented. The staff were professional, friendly and trained to a high standard. Most could speak several languages well. The spa facilities were luxurious and the gym was impressive for a boutique hotel. Then there are the outstanding views of the Dolomites from nearly every room of the hotel.

Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing stay at Schgaguler. This is one of the best hotels we stayed at. The facilities are outstanding, and the staff is what makes this place a hidden gem. Sandra at the restaurant is just such a nice person, and everyone at the hotel is there to ensure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We miss it already! A special note to say that this place is super friendly with kids.

everything was amazing, I can’t wait to be back there. the interior is stunning, so well thought and with great attention to detail. the rooms design is state of art - the bathroom was fully integrated in the room and the furniture was so stylish. the exterior is fabulous as well: modern hotel architecture meets Dolomites views. The town is also super cute although tiny but still the vibe is amazing. the ski lift is just a short ride by bus, very convenient. the spa in the hotel is very nice - good variety of saunas and big swimming pool as well as outdoor whirlpool. the food was just wow! breakfast absolutely delicious with a good variety of local products. dinner was beyond expectations - every day we had fabulous wine dining experience with local wines. and it was so thoughtful that you can open a bottle and keep it for the next day! the staff is so lovely, helpful and professional. thanks for everyone for a great work! it’s definitely a must visit hotel and I can’t recommend it more

The hotel was modern and lovely. The rooms are well appointed and perfectly clean. We had a stunning view of the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast was wonderful and easy. The best part of the hotel, however, is the staff. Simon at the front desk was so attentive and kind. We had a small issue and he went out if his way to solve the problem making sure our family was comfortable. Maria was also quite helpful and attentive. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our 2 week tour of the Dolomites. It is fresh, modern, comfortable and practical. The rooms, views and facilities are excellent. But the food is superb especially the dinner offering with a new menu every night.

New & modern hotel. All staff very friendly. Food very good including breakfast & dinner. I highly recommend to have dinner in hotel. Only €30 for a 4-course set menu. Everything is excellent. 😃👍👍
