The location of this resort is fantastic! Not only were we right across from the beach, but also, right in the heart of some of Kuta's best shopping spots. Vehicle access for tour & transfer vehicles was quite easy. There is a Mini Mart & Flapjaks to the right of the driveway for perfect convenience. The pool was simply stunning & right beside the restaurant's bar for pool service. It was quite large with a children's paddle pool safely located at one end. The staff were amazing! Not only extremely friendly but so accommodating for any request @ a moments notice, be it toilet paper, fresh towels, etc. While there is a laundry for self-service, I found it cheap & easy to drop it to one of the many laundry services nearby for wash, dry, iron & folding @ only $15000IDR a kilo (AU$1.50). The bellman was great fun to have laugh with & hugely helpful for advice & information on our surroundings. Being our 3rd Bali holiday, this was by far our most favourite accommodation to date.

The only thing we could fault was the onsite restaurant vouchers we'd received on check-in not being accepted for payment. After being told, we could only order from a certain cocktail list at certain times, & doing so. On handing over the 2 complimentary Sunset cocktails card we'd received on check-in (and it was at sunset), they then refused us using it and handed us another cocktail list to order from with much the same style cocktails, one was even on the list!? This detail is not noted anywhere or on the card itself. Do be aware as this is not a cheap place to drink or dine & we were later told, is under different management.

Location - fantastic, right next to Poppies 2, Kuta Beachwalk and across the road from the beach. Staff were absolutely lovely and attentive. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good, but If I had to super picky, the pancakes are very hard in consistency - not soft and fluffy.

I would have liked for the bathroom to have face washers. This is normal for accommodation for this standard to have. The housekeeping department need to also make sure that they put handtowels in the room. These were left out on multiple occasions during our stay. We didn't like that the other guests would play the "Rindik" late at night and super early in the mornings. They should put the Rindik hammer away for the evenings, so guests don't wake people up in the middle of the night and early in the mornings.

Location excellant. Clean hotel and staff always would chat and say Good morning. Gym was very good with all machines in working order. Building work meant no water on top floor last day so they gave keys to another room for shower.

Breakfast although it had everything available was a bit dissorganised. Two coffee machines never worked at the same time and were slow making certain coffees. Often cuttlery was hard to find due to many people using the breakfast facilities and the staff did work hard to keep things moving. Once you knew where everything was however, it became much easier to arrange breakfast. Drinks at the bar seemed expensive.

Great hotel right at the beach (just cross the street); amazing staff; comfortable room with good size, excellent bed/mattress; excellent shower with strong hot water flow. Breakfast is buffet-style and has good choices, including an egg station where you can order eggs to your liking. The surrounding area, being in the middle of Kuta, is full of shops, convenience stores, money changers, and many restaurants, bars and cafe's. The beach, which is right across the street, has various vendors, so for example you can go and watch the sunset while sipping a beer on a plastic chair on the sand. The hotel has been designed in a way to reduce noise from the surroundings; so despite being in the middle of Kuta (and a relatively short ride from the airport), there is no street noise audible in the rooms. Overall a great hotel if you want to be in the middle of the tourist action in Kuta, in comfortable surroundings, and cared for by an amazing team.

Just two minor points: As others have mentioned, the shower floor can get slippery, particularly when using soap; nothing that a rubber bath mat wouldn't fix however. Also, there was no cloth bath mat to use when stepping out of the shower - but we just asked for an extra towel and put that on the floor: problem solved ;-)

They gave us a room that we couldn't open even the curtains because it faced a house with religious people and in order to respect them we had to not put anything on their sight (e.g. clothes). We were always with the lights on and the curtains closed. Restaurant was expensive and the menu had with very tiny letters that we didn't noticed that the tax and service were not included. As you might have understood we ate just once.

Our room was of a good size for two people and the location of Kuta Seaview Resort in the heart of Kuta suited us perfectly, just across the road from the beach and also close to many markets and other attractions. Although close to the road once we were in our room there was little interference from traffic noise with the exception of the extremely loud drinking mini buses that drive around with music booming. Our room was in a great location in the beautiful gardens of the resort and having a lovely seating area at the front of the room was great. We could sit outside and have a drink and enjoy the garden view. Breakfast was buffet and had a wide variety of food on offer for all tastes from all cultures. The salad bar was also excellent and made for a good start to the day. Initially the music being played was quite loud for my taste early in the morning however after mentioning this to the staff it was at an enjoyable level for the rest of our stay.

It was helpful to have the laundry with washers and dryers on site however at AU$8 per wash and AU$8 per load for dry I thought was quite expensive. It was quite a challenge to find salt as a condiment as most of the salt containers on the tables were full of rice rather than salt.

The property was very clean, from the gardens to the rooms. Everything you would need in a room. They also had a fan so if your not used to hot weather, the fan and air-conditioning is a great way to circulate air and stay cool, without having the airconditioner blasting. The attached restaurant was beautiful! They have a fantastic chef, who just had a great idea of balanced flavours, tantalise your tasebuds, they will thank you! The hotel is right across from the beach and walking distance to pretty much everything in Kuta/Legian. Highly recommended to give this hotel a go.

Our sliding door in the bathroom was a bit stiff and hard to move. Pillows are either to soft or too hard.

The room was nice and the pool area excellent ! Breakfast buffet had everything and more and the staff were very friendly and doing their best to be accomodating during the entire stay The location is top notch and right in front of the main beach - Kuta Beach !

The main point is that the place is called "Kuta Seaview" but it should be called "Kuta Seafront" because there is NO seaview from any of the rooms ONLY from the Pool Area and the restaurant. They explained that 40 years ago when it was made, it was certainly seaview though ! Also, the old toilet in our room didn't flush well at all - perhaps it was also old :-D

The location is very convenient — not too far from all the popular beach clubs, and about an hour’s drive to Ubud. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Breakfasts are probably a 7 out of 10, while the hotel’s restaurant itself deserves a solid 9. The rooms are spacious and have a small private terrace where you can relax in the evening after a hot day.

On the downside, the hotel is rather old. Although everything is clean, it could definitely use at least some cosmetic renovation. The plumbing also has a few issues — for example, one of the shower heads in our room barely worked. That said, the excellent service, cleanliness, and lush greenery throughout the hotel more than make up for these minor drawbacks.
