Beach was a short walk from the Condo, just across the street, White sands, beautiful water and not many people the day we went which was a weekday. Nice view of the canal behind us with some outdoor seating and shuffle board available.

We traveled in early August and the temperature outside was super hot and humid. Near the beach it was much more pleasant. This is definitely not a reflection on where we stayed just a fact about the time of year. Also not a complaint we live in a state with hotter temps then Florida so we are used to the heat.

The canal was amazing (we saw dolphins!!!) the pool was huge and so nice, it was quiet and super easy access to the beach!

There weren’t any fishing poles as stated, both pool floats had holes, and 2 of the 4 beach chairs weren’t usable (broken/rusted) - none of that would deter me from coming back, we just went and bought our own - and it seemed like someone knew when we left because when we’d come back, the AC had been turned up. The futon/couch bed was missing a big bolt so you could only lay on one end but it worked. It could use a few more towels and wash cloths.

It was very convenient and comfortable. I was on a trip with my daughter in law and granddaughter. We would stay again.

Well what I didn't like wasn't anyone's fault. We had to evacuate after just a few days, due to Hurricane Helene.

The intercostal being right at the back door. My husband and I could fish and my daughter could stay in the room and watch cartoons but still come in and out side while we fished. Surprisingly it is quite out back and peaceful. It was the best vacation we have had in years.

The outside could use a little up keep on the building and they installed new dock light’s while we were there but they never came on

The location is close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. With the intercoastal out the back door, we were able to view multiple size boats drive by. Also, the dolphin sitings were an added bonus.

Its a great place to stay near beach. And we liked the Lake view. Walkable distance to the beach. All Kitchen/beach essentials were available. Overall great one.

Everything was great. The owner answered questions quickly. It was easy to get to and had a reserved parking space. It was a short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. No noise from the neighbors. I would definitely stay there again.

Just a couple of recommendations for the owners. Provide a cutting board in the kitchen and a bath mat, just a thicker towel like what you get in a hotel, for the bathroom. Since there was a blow dryer there, add it to the list of things provided.

The pool is amazing. Sitting out back is so relaxing and full of wildlife.

The split level steps of the pool gate area need yellow paint so they’re easier to see.

No beach

We had a wonderful stay at Frank's condo. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of extra linens and essentials. I most liked the location, which can't be beat. It sits right on the water (we saw dolphins!), across the street from a quiet beach, and a short and pleasant drive to great food options. I highly recommend booking this condo.
