The breakfast was really good. I had steel cut oats and the full breakfast once. Hot food, Starbucks coffee. Friendly staff at the restaurant and front desk. Also used the indoor pool. My rate did not include the breakfast but we still ate there rather than walking across the street to Starbucks.

I honestly cannot think where they could have improved.

What I liked about the property, was that it felt like a family setting . The staff were very respectful and pleasant.

I did not like when I first went to book in that the staff was telling me that breakfast was on for two guest for the one room, but she changed that , I truly didn’t see that so maybe you as a brand could look into to that because any other Marriott that we have stayed at is like that. On the positive side of things your staff that told me that was very good in how she handled it. It’s bad that she was put in that position. Thank you for listening in advance.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is also near some amazing restaurants and shopping. Not far from Nashoba ski area. I would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to restaurants and coffee

Hotel was good location for our event. However, for the price, no breakfast included and it cost more than our four star luxury hotel in Boston.

Front Desk Manager Nicole was lovely. Very professional. Room was nice.

Front entry was not decorated, outside pots were empty. Obviously transitions from Thanksgiving to Christmas…. The TV kept going in and out of connection. Bathtub shower was leaking and needs new caulking.

Staff were phenomenal housekeeping staff phenomenal very clean

Instead of pricey restaurant in hotel free breakfast would have been great

The property was super clean, very friendly staff, easy check in. Location is great right off the highway in a plaza with Starbucks, Market Basket and a few restaurants.

Clean and courteous

Room was still being cleaned when I entered it. Coffee pot was missing in the morning. One was delivered when I notified the front desk

Had to wait. For a big conf of guys to check in as we were not allowed to check in early. We waited in line 20 min ! Maybe more staff

Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Quiet outside. You can get a good rest. Check-in/Check-out is smooth.

I wish it could be less expensive. But I don't have any other negative feedback.
