Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and perfect location. We would gladly recommend this hotel to family and friends and we will be staying here again in the future.

As feedback we would like to see a little more variety in the breakfast (especially for guests that stay longer). There was a variety of bread, eggs and dessert, but every other item was basically the same each day. Furthermore we would recommend a toaster (oven) for those guests that enjoy a great toasted bread (or don't like room temperature/cold croissant). Nevertheless, the breakfast is good and the kitchen staff was very helpful.

The Hotel is very nice!! The staff very attentive and friendly. My room was very comfortable!! The location is great!

The hotel doesn’t have soundproof windows. My room was in the back of the building. I thought that it was going to be quiet but instead, between the space of the hotel and the other building, the sounds were louder.

The rooms are spacious and are always clean. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location is also great, which is near C.C. Unicentro for some shopping needs. There is a BBC and a variety of restaurants very close by. Felt welcomed

Smart TV's are outdated and very slow. The internet is sometimes unstable.

Great hotel in a great location.Staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Sadly no coffee making facilities in the room unlike the nearby Sonesta and Faranda Collection hotels. Water in bottles was not complimentary either.

If your room is on the side of the courtyard it is very loud at night. People gather after the bars below close and it echoes until 3am on Thursday-Sunday nights. WiFi didn’t work for a couple of days . It was probably due to severe thunderstorms

The hotel facilities, location, and staff are excellent.

There's a convenience store that's open 24 hours and it's right on the pedestrian street by the hotel. Almost every night, people drink beer out on the store's patio and talk really loud until early morning hours. This is very inconvenient when guests are trying to sleep. It's not the hotel's fault yet it's very inconvenient.

Very strategic and good location. restaurants and malls are right outside and the rooms are generally quiet

The shower drain was covered with hair, probably from previous guests. meaning that they didn’t thoroughly clean the floor of the showers.

it was a bit loud here, I wish they had sound proof windows to help out. Because they are in a via, the noise travels and echoes a bit. Also, they tried to charged me for toiletries that I never used so that kind of pissed me off. In the end, I never paid it.

Staff was very friendly, location was perfect only a few minutes away from the unicentro & exito.

it could be a bit noisy at night since the stores below open till late around 11pm.
