The room was spacious and comfortable. Having a sofa in the room makes is very nice. The bathroom is also spacious and comfortable . The shared lounge / breakfast room with terrace is inviting to stay to relax and meet the other guests. Breakfast goods are put out every day and you can make your own breakfast at the time that suits you. The hosts are lovely people and they made us feel very welcome. There is a field in front of the B&B and even a bench and picnic table next to the stream. The B&B is in a perfect location to explore mid-Wales.

I stayed at Maesyfelin Isaf for about a week and a half for work. The property itself is beautiful- a large house set on a sprawling farm with chickens, fields to walk in, and a stream out the back. My room was a large ensuite and the size exceeded my expectations. The owners were very friendly and helped me out with information and advice about the nearby area. Continental breakfast was great, with a superb selection of bread (homemade!), jams (homemade!), cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Highly recommend.

On our arrival our overall impression was extremely good, a nice looking building and a very friendly welcome. There was plenty of parking for the accommodation provided. Our room was large and airy with lovely views, very clean, and we could have had it serviced during our stay, but it was not necessary.
Not really applicable. Except that possibly an extra lighting point in our room, or maybe a stronger light bulb, would have been appreciated for older eyes!

our hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome, they had excellent local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. the information pack was very comprehensive and we found it extremely useful, New Quay, Borth and other places of interest were within a comfortable driving distance away. we were very pleasantly surprised when we found that there was even a guest lounge to relax in with a lovely log burner. the continental breakfast was very good with lots of choice including fruits yoghurts and jams and the fact that all this was available at any time was super, nothing nicer than a slice of toast and steaming mug of tea before bed. we took our 2 dogs and the grounds were great with a large secure field for them to let them have a run them in. we will certainly stay there again and may even book the self catering apartment.
everything was great.

Proprietors were very friendly and chatty, when we had an issue with the bed they did their utmost to fix it. Lovely home made bread and jams available and plant based products available. Would stay again.
We founds the bed too squishy , for our preference but the proprieter fixed it as soon as we told them. Would have liked the pillows to be hypoallergenic - but i didnt tell them in advance so thats my fault.

Loved the location, a little gem in countryside of Llanybydder and the views from the bedroom windows overlooking the fields. Hosts were amazing warm friendly and welcoming. Great knowledge of places to visit recommendations from hosts. Close to local amenities and shops to get takeaway or supermarket in Lampeter. Like a home from home feeling. Will come back when get chance again take care guysx

The property was quiet, close to Lampeter, where I was spending most of my time, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and cosy, and everything I could have needed was provided, so I didn’t need to think about anything other than just enjoying being there and relaxing. The very generous whenever-you-like buffet breakfast suited me perfectly, with homemade bread and their own hens’ eggs, and Sarah and Steve were friendly, helpful hosts without being intrusive. I felt cared about and looked after.

Steve and Sarah produced every thing we needed for breakfast and were very obliging with various breads, yogurts and spreads. The whole place was very tranquil and well appointed. King size bed was very comfortable and ensuite spacious and nicely done with shower and bidet.
Can't think of anything!

Sarah and Steve were wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful and they are very welcoming. Steve was an absolute star in answering all our questions regarding the property and the surrounding area. The area is quiet, no noise or light pollution, lots to see if you jump in the car and drive around. Lovely to walk around the grounds and visit the chickens! The breakfast was self serve, and very relaxed, no worrying about timing and rushing to get down for food, or finishing at a certain time. The private use of lounge and log burner was the icing on the cake! More than anticipated for a B&B! Thank you both so much.
There was nothing not to like, it was a lovely stay.
