The room was clean and smelt good. The bed was big, comfy and room to stretch out. The pillows were soft and plenty of them. The bathroom had big soft towels and the water was hot. There was nothing I would have changed.

The only thing that I didn't like was we didn't find out about the pool until we had checked out. I wish that had been communicated at time of check in. When leaving the hotel to go back downtown you had to go down to the red light and make a u-turn was at times wait times in line where long.

Clean room. comfortable bed. IHOP restaurant within walking distance.

Lots of road construction workers staying at the hotel. Lots of drinking and noise until about Midnight. As of this writing, 02/03/2025, Lots of road construction right outside the hotel entrance making entrance and exiting a bit confusing and congested. Telephone in room did not work. Advised staff on day 1. When I left after day 2 phone was still not working.

Pool was closed my whole stay pretty much, I saw a few roaches, construction outside made it hard to get in or leave the property

It was very quiet and peaceful. Sliding glass door needed new wheels if we closed it we had to get maintenance to come open they suggested we not close completely but not willing to leave cracked.

I loved the location and how close it was to St Augustine while being close to other attractions nearby, such as Jacksonville.

Breakfast did not have hot food, but did provide a good selection.

I liked Everything. The room had enough space to move around with my walker. Beds where good, clean & neat.

The only thing that i did not like and can recommend is that you Place handle holders inside the shower for the disabled to be able to Hold on while showering.

The rooms were so nice and big. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was great! We had a room right by the pool, which was nice.I would definitely recommend!

The location is kind of hard to get in and out of because of the traffic and no left turn into the hotel, you have to go all the way down the road and do a u turn to come all the way back to the hotel. But this is no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is great!

Everything was great except the bed was a little soft , and the water was soft . The Location was terrible , a lot of road constuction in front of hotel it was hard to navigate thru the cones to get to the motel . Across the street was a Adam & Eve Porn storn area was shady , but Over all the Staff was very nice and the room was clean .

Bathroom door didn’t close. Completed the online check in prior to arriving and they still made me fill out paperwork! 🤨 What’s the point????
