The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, which contributed positively to the overall experience. I truly appreciated their warm and helpful attitude. I’d like to share some quick feedback from my recent stay: - It was hard to get the lift, especially during busy times. - The floor in my room was still wet when I checked in. - The pillows were not very comfortable.

We requested a quiter room and were given a room at the end of the corridor 😎. House keeping is not done daily - you have to request. Lifts are very slow at weekends but almost empty weekdays. The hotel is a resort with 3 big swimming pool plus a big childrens pool with water slides and games.( that makes weekeds full). Breakfast get full over weekends and the staff gets overwhelmed and delay in replanishing food. Weekdays are the best for relaxing and sightseeing.

Reststurant staff are not arlet on weekends.

No smart TV

I recently stayed at a serviced apartment for a quick staycation, and overall, it was a great experience! The unit was spacious—a full apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms—making it perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. For the price, it was definitely worth it! The location was super convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and major attractions within walking distance. The facilities were also a big plus—we had access to a gym and multiple swimming pools, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The property itself wasn’t too crowded, which was nice, and it sits above a shopping mall. However, the mall wasn’t fully occupied yet, so it felt a bit quiet with lots of empty lots. That being said, these were just minor things. Everything else was really enjoyable, and for the value we got, I’d still highly recommend this place! If they make these small improvements, it would easily be a 10/10 stay

The only small downside was some of the house rules. For example, we could use the microwave, but the washing machine and kitchen stove weren’t accessible to guests. It wasn’t a big issue since we packed enough clothes and mostly ate out, but it would have been nice to have that option. Also, while basic utensils like spoons, forks, and plates were provided, we would’ve appreciated a more complete set, including a cutting board, knife, and chopsticks etc. A small bottle of dish soap and extra trash bags would’ve also been handy so we could tidy up ourselves instead of waiting for the next day’s housekeeping.

The pool is enjoyable..my kids really love that..the room is enough for 5 of us..the bathroom is big than i thought..the iron board is quite old..so i ask the receiptionist to send a new one..i got it as soon as possible..love that fast action..

I didn't really enjoying my food when breakfast..i stayed 3 day and 2 nights at the shore hotel..but what im noticed is the breakfast is just the same from the yesterday's breakfast..just the bihun is changed to bihun goreng coloured oren to bihun Singapore coloured white..the others food is just the same...nasi lemak,asam laksa,roti without kaya or butter even jam is not provided.. The cek in hotel is also quite so long to wait..must queu to take my turn..even the workers at receiption is 3 counter but they tried to work fast..appreciate that..

The hotel is strategically located, near to Bandar Hilir. Easy to access either by car or public transport. The hotel is next to Sungai Melaka, you can even walk at the river bank to enjoy the beautiful night scenery. Food? There are plenty restaurants, and several convenience stores just outside the hotel. Room is comfortable, and my children enjoy playing in the water park. A little naughty with the glass bathroom, especially if you stay with your partner. Love that. Oh, forgot to mention that the breakfast at the hotel restaurant, love it very much. Varieties of food you can choose. Beef rendang is my favorite, you should try it. Hotel staff are friendly, and very helpful.

Just a little issue regarding the bathroom, but the staff immediately settled it.

Location was great... All accomodation is ok... I stay weekday 4h3m... breakfast with many options... Easy to the shore mall...n to ski deli restaurant at level 43.. receptionist very good help me to get plastic chair for my friend OKU for shower and give me OKU parking also... TQVM to all staff ...

My room is closed to the elevator, can hear when the elevator working, a little bit noisy... But at the balcony had are sound like electric pump machine ( didn't no wat ) to me noisy,, cause I had difficult to deep sleep ..

Check in was smooth.able to check in early by paying rm 100..3 rooms was clean..room request was attended attentively such as request for extra rubbish bag...aircon was functioning well...water pressure was good..water heater was functioning well..provided towels and basic toiletries...provided water bottle with basic kitchen necessities such as kettle,plates and cups Location was superb as it is near melaka river cruise route..accessible to shore shopping mall with availability of food and convenience store Highly recommended for family due to the size

This is the 2nd time I stay here. The room I got exactly like advertised. Spacious. Bathroom- good. No pooling of water at shower stall. Breakfast - many choices. Need to que a bit, but it's expected since it's the weekend. Some people decide to share table with other family as well. It's nice to see the harmonious things there. Near Kg.Morten- walkable to eat at many restaurants there. Oh yes- easy check in and check out. No deposit needed. Staff at counter very good 👍 Might come again but want to try over weekdays.🤗

Long waiting for lift. Pool need more maintenance- some marble? Mozec? Over kids pool torn out. Can be dangerous for kids. Pool over adult side- idk other people but for me it's a bit smelly and too much chlorine.

The location of the hotel is very convenient since we have many eatery options around and a jetty point. The room is spacious and has good value for money. Friendly staff, breakfast was good, the sky deck view is awesome, and the premier suite—the view from the balcony is awesome.

Balcony doors were not soundproof. Though staying on the 33rd floor, we heard the Hari Raya bike race and fireworks sounds till 3 am. So sleep wasn't pleasant. But guess on ordinary days it wouldn't be a problem. The lifts are slow, or you need to wait long for a lift.
