This is budget accommodation but it more than makes up for it with great service. The location is very close to Mestre station so very convenient for getting in to Venice etc. They are very flexible on check in/outs (they let us check in at 8a.m after a long coach journey from Munich, which was an absolute godsend!) they also let us check out late, all at no extra cost. The beds are comfortable and the shared bathrooms are directly outside the rooms. During our stay we had a problem with our key and after calling the receptionist (Amad?) out of hours, he was there within 10 mins to get us in and then the following night he insisted on meeting us when we returned from a day trip to ensure we gained access ok, which was very much appreciated.

My girlfriend said the bathrooms could do with updating and cleaning (but she moans at home about the cleanliness) they were fit for purpose for my needs though.

I was at this apartmant for the second time. The apartmant itself is nothing special, but its proximity to the bus and train station is an advantage. Parking is an additional 15 euros per day, which is not insignificant, considering I've stayed at some nearby places where it was free. There are two bathrooms for four rooms here. The rooms don't have anything special. Since you're only there to sleep, it's bearable. There is also a kitchen with a fridge, stove, and kettle available. There was a strong smell of varnish in the room, which wasn't pleasant. Upon request, they turned on the heating for us.

If you’re looking just for a place to stay overnight it’s good. The location is great, less than 5’ walking from Mestre train station. The room was big enough for the three of us and our luggage. In the kitchen only one stove works, there aren’t enough utensils and some were dirty in the dishwasher. When we were leaving the owner arrived with new cups. He was kind and allowed us to leave our luggage a few hours after check out

The kitchen needs improvement

Our host, Alamgir, was extremely gracious and helpful. The facilities are good. The kitchen is fine and well stocked with cookware. There is a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine (very well stocked with coffee pods). The coffee machine is a godsend since I drink a lot of coffee. There is also a washing machine you can use for free. They don't have a dryer, but that seems like an European thing, so we took our washed laundry to a laundromat nearby for drying. Overall, I really liked this place.

The toilet leaked. It't the pipe that feeds the toilet, so it's clean water, not dirty water, but it's messy. We prefer one big bed, but got two twin beds instead. It's kind of OK, but the beds are very small.

The place is very close to the bus stops,railway station and airport shuttle! It was very clean and there was coffee machine!

The room for three is big enough but there was no table. There was kitchen in common but always occupied by others (there were 4 rooms rented by different people). So we had coffee and snacks standing in our room! The kitchen doesn't have a door and we could hear other guests talking in our room early in the morning and at night! There was no hot water at evenings!

It was not my first time at this place, the location is just perfect for me. Two big bathrooms, comfortable beds, no problems with check in.

A bit noisy because of the tourist vibe outside, but I slept well anyway after long walks on the beautiful streets of Venice.

The staff was very pleasant. There are a couple of rooms in the complex, with two separate shared bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath). The room we had been assigned to had a small fridge where you could keep any food or beverage that you bring to the complex. A shared kitchen with a small terrace where you can hang wet clothing and a washing machine. Everything was super clean once we arrived and throughout our short stay. A big plus is that the place is very close to the train station, so you can plan your travel to Venice or anywhere close without worrying about running around a lot. There is a mini market just next to the building, and also a cafe/restaurant just across the street.

Depending on the guests, of course the toilets themselves might be messy. In particular we didn't like that some guests just refused to bring the toilet seat up when needed. This is not the fault of the place or the staff, but with people that do not have a shred of common sense that they are not alone, and do not clean after themselves. Just to be safe, bring a small alcohol bottle so that you can wipe the surface if needed.

The host. They were accommodating, very considerate. even helped with laundry (which was the main reason I picked here). the place was clean and comfortable. I saw lots of things about the bathroom and noise but I had no issue with either, even with keeping the window open at all times because of the heat. The bathrooms are clean, there is a ceiling fan, there is a small kitchen to cook at with fridge. Literally Right next to the station to get to Venice easily. has an elevator.

The owner was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and felt very comfortable, as if we were living alone in a huge house. We never met other people staying, we were able to use the bathrooms and kitchen as we wished. Bathroom and rooms were clean enough. The owner allowed us to leave our luggage there after our check out time. The location of the hotel was very good, you can get to Venezia in 10 minutes from the Mestre Stazione stop by bus number 2 and 7. Mestre Stazione stop takes around 20 minutes from Marco Polo airport, there are ticket shops under the building. I especially thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

This place is perfect for all travelers - it's a stone's throw from both the bus and the train stations, super clean and with spacious rooms. It's located in an apartment building and the host will give you joint keys for the front door, the b&b's door and your room. It has a nice kitchen area and two bathrooms with showers. They'll keep your luggage for a couple hours after the checkout if you ask, too! :)
