We normally stay in five-star hotels, but this time wanted to go on a budget. The rooms for clean and perfectly enough to just stay overnight. The location was very good and also train station and parking is super close. Above all the staff was very kind and flexible regarding late check out and breakfast times. They were also very pet friendly. they also took quick care of small problems with the shower.

If you’re looking for only nice and clean overnight stay, this is a great choice and affordable. This is not a hotel to spend your day in but perfect if you want to save your money and spend it on the beach clubs and shopping instead.

Very good place to stay very near train station and is easy to go everywhere by walk around.

The air conditioning was very close to the bed but on top. I am not sure if it is good for the health. In the night you can hear it. But nothing that disturb your sleep. But I think it should be put the other away near the window would be more health.

When you first get there, and have read a few of the negative reviews, you might think, 'oh no what have i booked', but once you go up the stairs and into your room you see that there is a professional hotel here. room was super comfy, and clean. breakfast was really good, and even though i came late the attendant left it open for me to enjoy an extra 45 min. I believe the price may fluctuate through out the season, but what i paid, (start of may), was very good value for money.

Perfect location! Right in the midst of all the shops and close to the beach, restaurants, train station. What more could you ask for! The room size was very big compared to everything we’ve been in and the ceilings are so high! Felt amazing to be in a large room. The bed was so big and comfortable.

Breakfast wasn’t really appealing. Just bread ham and cheese. But there were great breakfast options just outside which we utilised on the days we didn’t pay for breakfast within the hotel.

The location was amazing because the Cannes train station was only a 2 minute walk. The room was also clean and spacious. Lanvolt was very helpful and made the check out process very simple. The hotel felt very safe for me as a solo female traveler. I will come back again next time I’m in Cannes.

Breakfast was amazing. Hot water direct like we love. Location is fantastic. Service was wonderful. Landolt is a very professional and friendly. Can’t admit his manners and attitude.

One thing is missing it’s a slippers for room.

The location was great, and the breakfast was simple enough to start the day.......My wifi didn't work in room 306, and the person behind the desk gave me help with the hotel's own wifi, and then everything was great....

Great location, near station and restaurants but the room was very quiet. Didn't have breakfast but it looked good. Quite a small room but fine for a couple of nights.

You can’t beat the location - two minutes from the train station, in the middle of all of the shops, dozens of restaurants and cafés on your doorstep and five minutes to La Croisette. We had a suite and so the room and bathroom were both very big. Lots of mirrors in the bedroom including a full length mirror. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Others have commented the rooms are noisy but we found it very quiet.

The rooms don’t have fridges or minibars and this is a big downside and would be easy for the hotel to rectify. There are also no tea or coffee making facilities. The maid didn’t clean our room one day and when it was cleaned she left dirty glasses in the room. Amenities like toothbrushes etc aren’t provided. Breakfast was very basic and limited choice (e.g. one loaf of bread). There was no air con in the bathroom or the communal areas and it didn’t work that well in the room (we stayed in August and it was very hot). However, overall it was a very good stay and I would recommend it and would stay again.
