Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for 10 nights and had an amazing holiday. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to Bali Collection. The room was superb clean, big and had a super comfy bed. The hotels breakfast is the best breakfast buffet ever. I have never seen so many choices! The hotel was so quiet as it’s at back from the beach which was perfect for us to relax. The pool area was being cleaned and looked after all day by friendly staff. Never had a problem getting a bed…in fact sometimes it felt like our own private pool even though the hotel was booked solid.

The whole hotel was really nice and comfy. The room : it is big and spacious, and the bed is comfortable, but for you that like a soft mattress, it is a bit hard because my husband likes a soft mattress. The bathroom: I love the bathroom design with a separate bath tub and shower. It is also a big bathroom The staff : they were really polite and helpful, they even looked for a connecting door room for us and I love how they decorate our room with a romantic decoration and flowers, we really appreciate it! The Breakfast : they have lots of choices of food and they change the buffet every day. They served the tea and coffee separate, which makes the coffee taste fresh. The swimming pool : it was lovely surrounded with a beautiful kambojas baliness flower and nice garden. The water was not too cold, so it was nice to have a swim and relaxed by the pool. They provide a shuttle to go to Bali Collection, it is like a mini mall. The hotel is 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach where we can see the sunrise. We really enjoyed our stay at Bali Nusa Dua Hotel and highly recommended for those that travel with family and want to have a relaxed holiday.

We only stayed there for 2 nights

We originally booked the deluxe room but had some issues with noise from the next door room so we upgraded to the Premier Suite. The room was large, clean, modern and most importantly very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the pool was refreshing. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited staff at the pool so difficult to order drinks and food. Seems like the hotel does not have enough staff. The water from the rain shower in the Premier Suite did run out under the door. We would not recommend the deluxe room as the walls are like cardboard and if you have a noisy neighbor then your holiday will be ruined.

The bed was huge! Most comfortable bed I slept in since we arrived in Bali 3 weeks ago. Staff is very friendly, we asked for early check in, and they gave us. Breakfast is also very good, lots to choose in buffet style And its walkable from BIMC hospital.

The mosquitos, we had to kill atleast 30 mosquitos in our room and we never opened the balcondoor. They should get some pest control. We only stayed one night, so I cant say if this is normal or not.

BNDH located next to the main gate of Nusa Area, it is easy to access our favorite local food such as: Babi Guling Pak Dobil! BNDH has spacious room that well maintained. It’s spring bed is still quite comfortable even though it has been in service for years. The hospitality of its staff is the advantage of this hotel. From the security staff at the gate, receptionist, housekeeping, restaurant and pool, all staff performing good attitude. Thanks to all staff! The restaurant provides wide variety of good quality food.

It will be good if the hotel upgrade the quality of their amenities. The furniture was very nice in its time but with the presence of new hotels today makes it seems a little bit old.

This hotel is brilliant. Everything was soo nice, the air-condition was super brilliant, my room spacious and with massive window to the garden, food is very nice.. swimming pool also brilliant. I always had feeling that I have extra attention to my needs. The area is superb as well. Thank you everyone for such a nice stay ❤️❤️❤️

Air conditioner is being uses too much at the reception and restaurant, makes a big difference between the temperature. Many people were coughing

The neighbourhood is super nice and feels safe with a lot of luxury resorts near by. We visited a small shopping center and beach near by and they were in a walking distance (even tough there is a shuttle to the mall as well.) We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel as well. The room was big and nicely decorated, even though it is not the newest hotel in the area. The hotel was quiet and staff was friendly and helpful.

For us, the price and quality matched well especially due to the super nice neighborhood. As a suggestion for the hotel we kindly recommend adding something to the bathroom floor as it is super slippery when it gets wet.

It was a very secluded area, and had great security. The rooms were huge and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

There were mosquitoes around the property, and I was bitten within my room. There wasn’t any spare electric ports beside the beds for charging phones etc.
