The staff, particularly reception were very helpful and understanding. Always cheerful and smiling. The ladies clearing dishes were very efficient and the bar was easy to get a drink at. The apartment was larger than we were expecting with good shower and toilet and comfy beds and well appointed. There was always plenty of choice of food in the restaurant and the quality and variety were good. Nice swimming pool and plenty of sun beds, but at this time of year (January) the sun didn't reach all areas. Overall a very good experience for this kind of hotel/ apartment. Neville

The only comments I can think of was the food was often warm rather than hot. Warmed plates would probably help. No English channels on the tv.

Overall, the price-quality ratio is perfect! The food - there is always something to choose from, the coffee is more or less good, I didn't like the fresh milk, but I bought it from the nearby store and everything was as it should be!Cleaning is three times a week. During one of the cleanings, there was a problem with one sheet - it was dirty - quick reaction at the reception - I was given other sheets and replaced by the cleaning staff the next day with new ones. There is a bus to the beach twice a day. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is a choice - there are fresh fruits and vegetables. Everything was ok. Pools - two, enough sunbeds, bar - everything is ok. There was entertainment several times in week - not every day. It was funny!

What I didn't like - was the way the grill was cooked - the meat was tough and not beaver grilled. Please, if you want to make the best barbecue - visit a Balkan country, whichever one - Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece - where meat is revered and grilling is a tradition - to see how it's done and how it tastes. Many times it could not be eaten at all, оr it was with something sweet - not to our taste

Our stay at Turbo Club was wonderful! The food is very tasty and varied — breakfast, lunch, coffee time, and dinner are always excellent. Room cleaning is done three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), and towels are replaced with fresh ones. There is a free shuttle to the beach twice a day — drop-off and pick-up. The bar is free until midnight. The staff, from reception to the waiters, are extremely polite and friendly. We are very satisfied and definitely recommend it!

Reception staff were excellent so helpful, friendly, couldn’t do enough. My phone charging lead broke on the penultimate day of our holiday but reception offered to change it for, very grateful to them for everything they helped us with. Thank you. Bar staff/ kitchen staff so friendly and efficient, Aqua exercise guy was amazing he radiated fun and happiness A credit to turbo club. Maids great everything was clean and smelling fresh. Thank you to all staff who made our stay so lovely.

More entertainment some every night would have been great. Aqua in the pool every day would have been better.

All included full board is an excellent choice. Extremely helpful stuff especially the night receptionist. Very good location.

The housekeeping are the loudest I ever had in my entire hotel experiences. While cleaning the upper floor, you would say they were moving a house. Then after finishing, they were chatting loud next to my window. Must be considerate to be calm and respect guest comfort and privacy especially that people can come late after the festival and would have needed to sleep. The internet is almost in existence in the room. It does not cover the bedroom neither the bathroom. I literally needed to stand up everytime go next to the sink in the kitchinette to catch wifi. This was very bad. The toilet was full of ants, please consider applying pesticides.

First the best: Very nice personell all from the receptionists to the restaurant and bar people to the cleaners, always smiles everywhere. The apartment was very good, roomy, and quiet at nights (at least in the smaller pool area) and had enough space. The pool bar worked fine with quick service although queues at times. Staying 3 weeks you noticed that the food sometimes was pretty unstasty, but always enough to eat. I would prefer more fruit at breakfast, less raw red onion in almost all salads (which otherwise would have been good) , and tastier beef and fish dishes. The best was the fried tuna fish on some evenings. Nice with a lunch bag if needed. Easy free parking.

The only thing that was a downside is there is no were to sit that is smoke free, there is an area in front of the stage that says no smoking but unfortunately the smoking community ignore this as do the staff , come on turbo this is 2024 we non smokers should have a smoke free zone.

The cuisine offered a delightful variety of flavors. There was a constant supply of refreshing beverages; the Pepsi, in particular, quenched my thirst like no other. The staff was consistently friendly and accommodating, especially the young gentleman who prepared drinks and the courteous Polish receptionist. My overall experience was truly valuable, and it felt like a warm, family-oriented stay. I will undoubtedly return.

*the WiFi was really bad *the shuttle bus was not always coming on time or sometimes not arriving at all or not waiting till 11 o'clock - noone ever informs if it's coming late or not *the not liquid soap was missing because th liquid one was smelling really bad *You should serve peppers for breakfast not for lunch haha

The hotel complex is very well kept. The staff are happy & always happy to help. The food is well cooked and a great variety to suit all. The location for me is perfect. There is lots to do within close proximity rather than just a sea front walk.

The beds, only because I’m used to a good quality memory spring mattress.
