The accommodation were just fine no complaints with the hotel.

The Booking was not priced accurately. I was quoted one price but paid a totally different price. Almost 60 70 dollars more. WAS NOT PLEASED

The setting was great the dayshift staff was great I'm not sure of her name she was AA with short hair she made my stay better after night shift Teresa was very rude and sarcastic after she made sure I knew her name as if the manager and her are close and she is top paid in her words

There was a glitch with card reader when checking in as I paid for my visit Teresa said the machine timed out after I used my card so the payment was taken from me but Theresa the front desk clerk had me wait in lobby until I had someone come at 230 am and repay to get checked in and was very sarcastic rude out of uniform. They maybe short staff so I assume that's why they allow this

The hotel was absolutely lovely. It was clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. The stall was super friendly. I did not get into the pool but it looked so inviting and very well maintained, and the room was very pretty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved everything about the hotel, there was not anything that I didn't like.

Wonderful staff and the room was extremely clean. The shower was lovely and we were extremely impressed with the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion available. Bed was so comfortable, room was very quiet. Just a wonderful stay!

The only negative we encountered was that at 6:15 the breakfast was still not ready and there were no staff available for assistance. We had to leave to get to our event on time and had to get breakfast on the road.

I like all was clean.

They charged us a $250.00 cleaning fee after our check out also our check out was supposed to be at 11 Am which we did and they charge us overtime. We had to call the bank to get the refund.

The location is right off the interstate so very easy to access. it's located in a pretty commercial area so it felt relatively safe. staff very nice and the free breakfast was pretty good.

Parking lot is not too spacious but that's about it.

Breakfast Attendant not Friendly. Very grumpy , My rooms floor seemed to be damp probably due to the humidity.

Staff was very really and I enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was a bit dated. It could definitely use some upgrades. The a/c wall unit was extremely loud so I had to turn it off in order to get some sleep.

Breakfast was great and very BIG (Lots of choices); cleanliness of the room were great... And your staff very professional nd courteous...
