Fantastic location. View minutes to the old fish market and very close to the ferries. Restaurants and pubs are all close by.Very good for single travellers. Extrem friendly staff. You feel very welcome. There is a common kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need. They clean the room every day. Everything is very clean. It has a hostel vibe. You have your own room with a full bathroom. I felt save.

Unfortunately, the most accommodation in Algave have in general, a lot of humid. The rooms are very humid. The humid smell is very strong.

We stayed for three nights in this little place: it was a jolly and happy atmosphere, and it had more of a "hostel" vibe, with a shared kitchen, a shared terrace, and rooms carved out around a tiny open court (full with plants) in the middle of old buildings, in the center of Olhāo. The place is pet-friendly, so we encountered cats here and there, from guests and from the hotel. A purrfect plus :) The room was simple and it had everything we needed, the bathroom was recently renovated (with a few pieces that were not in super good shape, but manageable), and they cleaned the room every day. The people working there were amazing, super nice, and very helpful with tips for food, places to go, etc.

We enjoyed our stay here. Loved the turtles in the entrance. Nelson was very friendly and available if we needed any help. The air conditioning was fab in our room. Our room was lovely, great hot water in the bathroom and shower. The rooms are cleaned every day. It has a great rooftop with seating and lights. There is also a great kitchen and a fridge. So you can buy your food, store it and cook there if you wish. The hotel is near the market and the promenade in Olhao. Would highly recommend staying here and will book here again as we love Olhao.

Absolutely everything, staff were amazing start to finish, got a room upgrade with a private balcony. rooms were spotless, extremely comfy beds, great wifi, amazing showers, daily housekeeping even on weekends, less than 30 seconds walk to the best chicken restaurant in the algarve (book in advance, they're extremely busy) and around a 2 minute walk to the markets and marina

Absolutely nothing at all, it was a flawless trip

Really loved this stay, we chose the room with the private washroom. It was right next to the busy area (restaurants and shops) and a few minutes walk to the ferries we had to take to the beach (4.20 euros to go and come back). Also they had a really cute terrace area that was really nice to use and relax.

Stairs were steep and not necessarily safe. It was hard to get our luggage up and then to bring it back down at the end of our stay. No complaints other then that.

Like: Very very clean. Excellent location. Staff were great. Room was a great size. Quiet. Great for a family. Easy check in. Not my favourite: Room doesn't have its own fridge. The kitchen is shared with all guests but not a big deal.

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent location!

Window shutter needs fixing! Couldn't be opened or closed, it was windy and shutter was making banging noise. Had to wedge a towel to stop it banging on the wall. Bathroom window is opening all the way downwards and could cause a hazard. Pillows not comfortable, lumpy stuffing.

The location was excellent on a quiet street in the old part of town very near the market and sea front. All the rooms had more beds than we expected so we had a good choice. There were kitchen facilities if we wanted them. The staff were friendly and helpful.

During the night there was a lot of noise from the plumbing.

Great location in town centre but quiet. Lovely roof terrace and also a shared kitchen. Room was good for price point and was very clean. Air con worked well. Staff friendly. Parking for free near enough to property. Great restaurant just next door to try local meat dishes. Also a good bakery a little down street for great Portuguese Tarts. Olhao is a lovely town and worth a visit.

Bed a bit lumpy and it is a small double, slept better than we thought we would. Only one plug socket and not near mirror so issue when drying hair if you are fussy. Shower is good but just standard square so could be a tight fit and also one door broken. These things would be easily fixed.
