Location is good, pool is great, people in the restaurant very nice. Reception not so much

The beach is not for swimming bcs of the boats, room is basic,, price little bit high for this place

The very nice room they gave us was just a few steps from the beach, and we had a wonderful view overlooking the pool,garden and beach area. The area ( Bang Rak ) was pretty quite. Everything was easy in this area. The basic shops, Atm, cheap dinner, good massage and more, just around the corner. The pier was right in front of this place. Very good place if you have children! Next time we go back to Koh Samui and Bang Rak we will definitely consider to stay at this nice place again.

The sea was not crystal clear and the air con in the room was to strong, even we put in on low. Maybe easy to fix? The prices in the restaurant was also a little high according to our budget.

Good size room looking out to sea. Comfy bed and pillows. Good size shower room. Hot water, aircon, Good WiFi. Comfy chair that sat by sliding doors so could sit in comfort and look out at the ferries and travellers going and coming back from the islands. Very close to food stores and restaurants. Good beach to swim from. Sun loungers on beach. Fairly quiet as close to main road but large fan in room on no.2 or 3 cut out all noise. Kettle and cups but no tea or coffee. Water provided. Good size pool. No noise from bar or restaurant. Floating play area based on Japanese game show. (Not free). Fun to watch people on it . Good English breakfast.

Food was a bit overpriced and really didn't like the 10% service charge. Aircon was good but not particularly efficient because of where it was sited. The bed sheet. Could have done with a thin duvet like most other hotel/resorts.

The room was not well maintained and didn’t feel clean. It lacked the level of upkeep we expected, making our stay less comfortable. We arrived on a very rainy day, and unfortunately, the weather prevented our kids from enjoying the water inflated slides, which was one of the main reasons we booked. While that’s beyond the hotel's control, it did add to the overall disappointment. A better-maintained room and improved cleanliness would have made a big difference in our experience.

I've stayed here several times, and I keep coming back. The beach and pool are lovely, the staff is great, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was lucky to get the room with the kitchenette again this time. It's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

The only thing I can think of is to provide some sachets of instant coffee for the morning. The kitchen opens at 7 or 8 am, but I get up earlier. Coffee isn't too far away though.

Everything (room, garden, pool) was clean and well maintained, the staff super-friendly! Housekeeping always ready to ask if you need anything. The view from the room facing the beach was a dream. Pool is not huge but fine, the beach is directly in front of the Resort. Good location: there are many restaurants und shopping places nearby, and it is right next to Haad Rin Pier. Great value for money.

The AC in our room was directed exactly at the bed, so until we figured out the right setting, we were either freezing or sweating during the night, and there was no blanket in the room, just the bed linen. Also: there is a rather large dog that belongs to someone from the staff, it runs around freely on the property, but doesn't bother the guests. However, when I first saw it running up from the beach right towards me, it gave me a fright. If you are afraid of dogs or your children are, look out for it. Last (very small) point: the bathroom didn't have furniture, there was nowhere to hang your towel und no shower curtain.

Wet good location, couple steps from room to the sea, swimming pool is amazing, clean just front of room and restaurant. Staff is very friendly, helpful. Room is clean every day. Only the front door have to be fixed and new blanket needed. Everything was good, I will come back!

Fab place, very well looked after, with great seaview from our room. Swimming pool and beach were excellent. Staff were great with room cleaned every day. Short walk from pier to resort after arriving from Phangnan. Room ready so checked in early. 200 Baht on taxi bus to visit Fisherman's village at night.

Only thing that let the room down was no tea or coffee etc to go with kettle in room. Street area a bit lacking for bars, restaurants etc.

Near the airport and harbour on Koh Samui - we only stayed one night because our ferry was cancelled - overall an ok stay for just one night

Expensive-ish (may have been due to short notice) and the bathroom door presents some issues -> very hard to open once closed, also the water in the bathroom (sink, toilet) is always yellow which was a bit surprising at first

Amazing staff, amazing rooms, cleaned daily, fresh towels, fresh sheets, amazing pool and adjoining restaurants. 5 mins walk to fresh fruit stall, 5 mins walk to laundry facilities, 5 mins walk to great cafes. It’s on the beach and clearly it’s geared up around kids (the massive inflatable water course) still great time had, chilling on the sunbeds.
