I love that you have the King suite option, it was one king bed in one room and two queens in another, both rooms had their own tvs. This layout made it perfect to travel with 2 adults and 3 kids!!!! No one had to sleep on a pull-out sofa etc and we had our own areas to hang out. This time we only stayed one night, but in the future, will definitely do more than one night. Micro and fridge in room was great as well. Nice touch with free ice cream coins for the kids. The restaurant was also very good. Good choices for everyone and fair prices. Great location as well. Grocery store, Dunkin Donuts, Gas stations, Dollars store, Panera etc right next door. Short drive to Hershey... Cant say enough - Definitely recommend.

They were having trouble with the elevators when we were there, but I suppose it happens....

We were exceptionally pleased with this hotel. It, honestly, was one of THE BEST places I have ever stayed. Clean, classy establishment. We felt safe arriving for check-in (late arrival) as the parking lot as well-lit and not cramped. Very quiet. Front desk staff exceeded our expectations with friendliness, kindness, helpful and made us feel very welcome upon arrival. This hotel is unbelievably clean. The room was spotless and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Super pleased and definitely recommend. This hotel will be our "go-to" for any future visits to the area.

Absolutely nothing! We have no complaints, whatsoever. Top notch accommodations.

It was a great experience. I traveled with my dog and she was treated very well. Employees were very cordial with my dog. The room was very clean and even though it was a pet friendly room I couldn’t smell it at all.

I think the hotel could be more generous with the toiletries. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were extremely small, not enough to wash women hair. There were only one little bottle of shampoo and one of conditioner, and a small soap bar. I asked for more shampoo and conditioner at the front desk and they gave me an extra little bottle, still not enough. I ended going out to buy it from a grocery store.

We always stay here when we come to Hershey. It’s a little drive but so worth it. The rooms are immaculate with so much space. The Irish pub in the hotel also has great food. I was very surprised how good the food was. Also, if you want something cheaper there is Burger King and other restaurants right around the hotel. The hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful! We will be back next year!

Very nice, clean, updated suite at a good value! Fun, relaxing hotel with indoor pool for kids! Irish pub onsite!

Service and food at the pub could have been better! There was a new chef and that person didn't understand how to melt cheese for nachos. Ordered them twice; the 2nd time we asked for queso only, which was delicious but they were cold. Pot roast could have been better. Fries were excellent.

I appreciated how professional and courteous the desk staff were. I liked that the hotel felt busy and high-functioning (felt like pre-covid, good energy). Loved that they had an attached restaurant available. We stayed in a recently renovated room. It was super clean and had a very very comfortable bed. Bonus for me that there was no intrusive air “freshener” being used. There was a game room downstairs next to the pool. Needed actual cash for the machines. Needless to say, my 12 year old was pretty happy to spend some time in there.

The indoor pool. There were a few hockey teams and they were acting like wild animals in the pool. They screamed their heads off the 8 of 10 mins we were there. They had no consideration for families. The parents but 1 just sat in their chairs doing nothing. Luckily one parent whom entered later, said something but we had already had enough. Maybe if there was hotel staff around, it wouldn’t have been as chaotic.

We really enjoyed the indoor pool and arcade. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable.

The smell in the room was a little disturbing, like dirty feet, most likely from chlorine from the pool and wet carpets. The restaurant also didn’t have enough workers and messed up orders with our table. I also prefer a complimentary breakfast when spending this amount on a hotel.

Friendly staff! Our room was quiet, had a comfortable bed, and was nicely decorated. There were also plenty of power outlets and USB ports to keep our devices charged. It was a plus to not have to ask for our room to be cleaned and restocked daily. Free wifi throughout the hotel was very good, especially in the main lobby. We enjoyed having breakfast at O'Reilly's Taproom and Kitchen but did not try them for dinner. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping center, restaurants, and pharmacies.

The bathroom was a bit smaller than we preferred, but it was clean and well-stocked. The wifi in the room was spotty and required calls to the front desk to have its router rebooted. Once it was up, internet speeds were high enough for streaming. If you need to get some work done, head down to the main lobby where the internet connection is more reliable.

Hotel is about 15 minutes away from Hershey Park. It has an indoor heated pool and restaurant onsite. Very good Irish pub. Convenient breakfast buffet with togo option. Room was spacious and convenient with fridge. Laundry onsite was also perfection. It was nice having a second entrance towards the back of the hotel so we could park closer to our room. Would recommend and stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately our room was on the poolside view. Although the view was nice, the room reeked of chlorine. The first night was strong. We must have gotten used to it the rest of the week. Would request a room away from the pool next time.
