The breakfast was wonderful. My kids actually ate it unlike most other hotel stays. Our room was perfect for our family. The indoor pool was an added bonus as it is February and too cold to swim outdoors. And the 5:30-7:00 "Dinner and Drinks" time was a sweet surprise. I had no idea that was provided and it was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay.

It wasn't the hotel, it was the guests above us. They were loud and I could hear them in the bath or shower at 11 PM while we were sleeping. Other than that our stay was great!

I have never stayed at a Drury property before, but I hope this will not be my last visit. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and I was surprised by both the quality and existence of an evening reception and the morning breakfast. The hotel has a great location, a lovely 9th floor terrace with a view north, and a clean gym. I was very impressed.

The decor in the bedroom and bathroom is starting to look a little tired and could be repainted.

Enjoyed the staff from the manager's, front desk staff, serving staff, and housekeepers. Everyone was pleasant for the most part.

I stayed in multiple rooms during my stay and some rooms are better than others. Some show age and need to be brought up to standard. Lots of kids running around, at times. From what I hear, there are lots of sports tournaments held in Frisco for youth, so there frequently kids there--sometimes unsupervised. Also, if you stay on the backside, be forewarned that you may be facing a parking garage where random cars seem to park even when there are no events. Try to get a higher room or a room facing the front view of Frisco.

Great value and location. Happy hour was a nice touch and the room layout is great.

We had to wait an hour to get into our room. Was told they are understaffed on cleaning and that we booked a large room that was sold out. Even though the website still had those rooms available as I waited in the lobby to check in. The lady at the front desk was not good at communicating what was going on and once they did get the room ready she didn’t explain anything about the hotel. Such as breakfast hours, happy hour, parking. Explained absolutely nothing.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! For the price, this hotel was amazing for me and family. We stayed a weekend coming from San Antonio for my son’s birthday. When we first arrived, the lady who checked us in was super friendly and sweet. I wish I got her name but I was very pleased with our interaction. We were suppose to come with our dog but ended up not bringing him, so she helped us take off the dog fee. Which I will add, this hotel is dog friendly. When we checked in, our room was very spacious, clean and had little goodie bags on the TV stand, even for our dog! They put little doggy treads inside the bag for him. They serve popcorn and other foods during their happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. we also got 3 complimentary alcohol drinks for EACH DAY we were there. I thought that was pretty cool. Besides the popcorn, there were other snack items you can choose from. Breakfast is also complimentary here as well. They have an indoor pool (not heated) and hot tub on their 9th floor with a nice city view. The hotel is around 30 minutes from Dallas. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone else who doesn’t want a hotel directly in Dallas but still close enough, that’s also pet and family friendly.

Parking, security, staff, check in, amenities, style, common areas, located near everything, house keeping. Very secure and convenient parking lot under the building with direct access to the elevators which require a card to enter. Keeps you and your car safe and out of the elements be it hot or freezing cold like it was when I was there. Staff was very polite and informative. They look like they enjoyed what they did and with any business, that is very important to improving customer experience. Breakfast, dinner and drinks is amazing though I didn't take advantage of that this time. I love the top floor lounge and outdoor area. Too cold for the outdoors on my visit, unfortunately. If I could stay at this place that has the same layout, parking and such everywhere I go, I would do so without hesitation and even go out of my way a bit to do so.

The pool was nice, but the hot tub was pretty nasty. Surely because of guests/kids that used it before we did. It had a nasty looking foam floating and in one corner there was grunge/dirt on top of the foam. This was at the end of the day on a weekend and the towel bins were overflowing so it was a busy day. It would have been nice if it was cleaned up mid day though. Hard to really relax after a full day with a dirty hot tub.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent and the dinner was amazing. Also, the location was perfect and near a lot of stores and restaurants.

We stayed for 4 days. The first day the cleaning crew came extremely early and she cleaned the room while my sons were still in there. The second day no one came at all. When we inquired about it, we were told someone would come, but they never did. We did not have a do not disturb sign on our door. The third day the staff came extremely early while my boys were napping. She peeked in and left, so we had to call down a few times to ask for someone to come back. Also, I would recommend getting new waffle makers. They either cooked the waffles too long or the waffles stuck and were hard to take off.

Everything! The room was amazing, the view was amazing, the middle elevator allowed you to see the view as you go up and down, the facility was clean, the room was AWESOME and provided lots of space for me and my three kids. 😀 All of the staff were friendly, kind, and very polite! From Fernanda making my kickback drinks, to Yolanda keeping the breakfast bar full and clean. To Elizabeth and other ladies picking up dishes after patrons were done. To Caroline and Renee's polite engaging demeanor our stay was great!!

Delicious breakfast (especially the potatoes), loved the social hour drinks (the food looked good but I didn’t try it), clean nice room, quick elevators, quiet, nice lobby, kind staff, located near great bars and restaurants.

Didnt know there would be an extra pet free (found Drury by searching for dog friendly hotels), I would have liked more grass around the hotel to take my dog out to potty at (had to walk over near a parking garage which is scary at night), location right next to hockey place made for awful traffic around the hotel

The staff was amazing!! I’ve never spent that much on a hotel but I would stay here again and again. Every single person working the front desk was so helpful, kind and caring ( I was sick). Definitely will recommend over and over. I also loved that the mall is just 5 mins behind the hotel

The only thing for me was the breakfast. I wish there was more options but it was delicious other than that. The location for us being from Arkansas was tough with the traffic but no other complaints from me.
