We were attending a wedding reception, so didn't actually choose the location. The room I shared with my husband was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed for one night, we slept really well. Our daughter liked her room too and also slept well most of the night. The food at the reception was amazing, it was very tasty, there was plenty and everthing stayed hot. The lady who booked us in was lovely and helped solve the problem when we couldn't get into our room. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful and we would definintely recommend a stay here.

The first lady who spoke to us as we were waiting in reception, who had a mouth full of food and was walking behind the reception desk, she said "the wedding reception is that way" pointing to the bar area. The four of us were stood there with a case, bags and clothes on hangers. During the reception meal she wasn't polite either, the other waitresses were, they smiled and said excuse me. Both myself and daughter have worked in food service and know how busy it is, but we were always polite, people remember how they are treated. When we booked online it stated that there wasn't a breakfast option, so we believed that we couldn't book for breakfast but then saw that there were breakfast times on our keycard slip. We'd already made other arrangements by this time.

Great Location for us as we like to walk ad explore the area. Not far from the seafront so easy acess to walks to Sewerby, Town etc. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. We did have meal in adjoining pub restaurant which was fantastic. Lovely surroundings, great service, crisp white table cloths and good value for money xx

Furniture etc is a little dark, but I can see why it's still there as its solid and functional- far too good to replace with modern flat pack .Might it paint ?

We had booked our stay at the hotel to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary and was looking forward to enjoying a lovely meal in the beautiful restaurant. We can't tell you how utterly disappointed we were to find that it would not be open on the days of our stay. Whilst the bar area was quite nice it was not what we wanted for our anniversary meal. Had we known this we may well have moved the days of our stay, If you knew it wouldn't be open it would be better to inform guests before they book.

Beautifully decorated Hotel , wish we had of had time to dine in the restaurant - it looks wonderful !! Staff were lovely and welcoming , comfy, quiet clean room slept great !! Easy on site free parking 👍 Not far from beach front with a lovely walk on beach into main town, our first visit to Bridlington to see the Xmas Ice Trail - well worth it great event , great town , great hotel

It was very comfortable and clean and all the staff were amazing. There was a Sunday social event on that was very entertaining and we were made to feel really welcome. The Sunday carvery was excellent too.

The only disappointment was they dud not serve food on a Sunday evening, but the seaff had worked so hard during the day they probably didn’t have time for anything else.

Really clean, newly refurbished, modern rooms which had everything we needed. Comfy beds and lovely shower, just perfect for our needs. Much better than we expected I must admit!! We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Nothing not to like for us - but perhaps others would struggle with all the stairs (we were on the second floor and I didn’t see a lift, but maybe there is one?)

The location was superb. A stones throw from the beach & all the amenities we needed. The room was spotless with lots of storage space, which is often overlooked in hotels. The staff were polite & friendly. The beds were comfy & we were provided with a fan, especially useful in the current hot weather.

It would be lovely if breakfast was offered as an option, especially with such a nice dining room on the premises.

Ease of check in .parking was Great. Hotel like a tardis much bigger inside . Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Also offer a carvery and have an al a carte restaurant attached . Everything was so clean and looked after. A Big PLUS. drinks at the bar not overpriced like a lot of hotel bars. Would definitely stay again

Needs air con on hot days

Lovely friendly staff. Very tasty food and plenty of choice. Comfortable beds and plenty of space in room. Ours was deluxe room with 3 single beds. Plenty of hot water.

My only disappointment was the shower. I prefer a shower to having a bath especially when washing my hair, but unfortunately the shower head in our room could do with replacing as the flow was poor and coming out in all directions.

The bed was one of the most comfiest beds I have experienced in a hotel. I had the best sleep. The food is also lovely. All the staff members were lovely and cheerful and willing to help in any way they can. I like that it is close to the seaside and an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants.
