Easy to find with free ample parking and located only a few miles away from the beach and Bridlington centre and old town. Most pleasing was the super couple there, Sam and Shane, who gave a warm welcome and helpful advice and made the stay lovely. Also, a leisure club on site with a gym and pool was a relaxing extra we loved!
No air conditioning, but a fan was in the room provided and was quiet, not noisy, so not a problem and windows opened, so breeze came through. Still slept well.

The hotel was perfect , the staff were just wonderful & friendly and couldn't do enough yo help , the food was 10/10 & of the highest quality , the chef ensured my gluten intolerance was looked after , washed everything in the kitchen and prepared all my food separate. I ate amazingly and safely The hotel also had a swimming pool with leisure facilities and gym connected to it . The pool was free of charge to everyone who was staying in the hotel. Clean , large comfy rooms . Lots of space and just perfect . Allready booked to go back at the end of the month

Where it was. The lovely staff. The breakfast was brilliant!!!! The bed was really comfortable and the shower was really good. Plenty of parking. Thought the price was fair considering it was Christmas Day into Boxing Day.
There wasn't anything I didn't like but the outer was challenging lol. It was explained to me how to open it but I still managed to deadlock it but luckily I was found and helped quickly. The rooms were clean but I think it needs a bit of updating but that didn't affect my stay.

The spa attached was amazing you could use once a day The staff were very friendly and professional
No shops or facilities close by and the bus to Bridlington was once an hour yet it was only 10 mins away plus I had to pay £6 the same as someone who had travelled from Hull to Bridlington

Breakfast and restaurant meals excellent and the managers Debbie and Martin are superb hosts. The restaurant and bar open every eve bar Mondays. Huge car park so no problem parking. Will most definitely return here next year.
The hotel is a bit untidy around the edges and dated, the owners need to spend a bit of money on it to bring it upto the standard of the managers in place. The wifi is pitiful and kept dropping out

Great location. Staff very friendly. Food in the restuarant was excellent. Would highly recommend as budget friendly venue with the benefit of a lovely restuarant on site which served reasonable priced meals which were very generous portions. On site parking and the rooms although a bit dated were clean and comfortable.
Rooms could do with a bit of an update but the rooms were clean and beds very comfortable.

Stayed here as a group of 16 adults and 2 young children over numerous rooms . Hosts were great and couldn’t do enough for you . Stayed in a variety of rooms , singles , doubles and quadruple . No issues . Had a meal in the evening and it was beautiful , near on all 18 meals came out one after the other , no fault whatsoever . Lovely . Been at the beach all day so stayed in the bar in the evening and played pool and darts , again great hosts . Breakfast was a little early for us , 8am but could not fault the service or the food , good quality cereals , usual coffee , tea , juice and full English with toast and butter . Would recommend a stay and food . Thanks Shane and Sam

Staff were excellent good warm welcome and food was excellent.
Rooms bit dated and need freshening up. Leisure facilities times not suitable to use before breakfast or evening. Management diserve better support from owners needs money spending ideal location for Scarborough and Bridlington maybe some pamphlets with what activities are available nearby for families or specific group interests cyclists etc

Lovely property that needs a little TLC but is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Large open bar and dinning area. The rooms had en suits shower and toilets. Staff were great.
A few cosmetic repair jobs needed like cracks and holes from curtain poles need filling.

More than accommodating, very friendly. Will definitely return
The bar area closed at 6pm as it was Sunday and this is their night off. This wasn’t a problem but wasn’t advertised so we weren’t aware and had planned to spend the evening in the bar area. They did advise good places to attend with young children though.
