The pod that we stopped in was absolutely immaculate and set in a lovely place, near to Bridlington, and the other places we wanted to visit ie. Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve and Filey. The food we ate at the hotel in the evening was superb and beautifully presented. Breakfast was very well presented as well. Accommodation: 10 Location: 10 Food: 10 Service: 8
The traffic from the main road could be heard but that didn’t stop us enjoying our stay. On arrival I had to call the property as no one was present on reception on our arrival, even after ringing the bell on reception three times and calling out for any staff. Also we had to wait an agonising time between arrival, our drinks, our meals, our desserts and our payment. One of the staff went to get the dessert menu and we never saw her again! But these are quite trivial really but they need to be mentioned so the staff can improve themselves going forward. These things have stopped us rating the place as 10.

We loved the location. Great central area for exploring the coastline. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and there was hot drinks and kettle. Hairdryer, wardrobe, dressing table. The breakfast was excellent. Cooked to order rather than a buffet. Which is much nicer. With other breakfast options available. Also a self service table of cereals, yoghurts, fruits and croissants. We didn't try the restaurant but it looked very inviting. The staff we saw were friendly.
Unfortunately... there was a poo in the toilet when we arrived in the room.... Not every flush is successful, and that's just one of those things. There were strong smelling airfresheners in the communal areas which was a bit heavy. The room was a little small.

Excellent English breakfast which was cooked fresh using locally sourced produce. The food in the restraunt was excellent too, reasonably priced and a very good choice on the menu with a good range of wine and beers. We could not fault a single thing about our stay the hotel is clean and met our expectations, the Staff were all very attentive and friendly especially the young waiter Charlie who was on the ball, we will certainly be coming back , thankyou.
The only thing we didnt like was having to go home, nothing else.

We loved the pods, it was luxurious the bed was comfy, luxurious and high end. The bathroom was lovely and a good sized shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a good sized fridge, dishwasher, and we had tea and coffee provided, the view was so lovely we saw rabbits running around which was to lovely to see. There are 2 chairs and small table.to sit on your patio area. It is definitely deluxe accomadation. We had a meal in the resraurant and the food was excellent and the staff was welcoming and friendly the service was excellent also. The location was great, Bridlington was a 8 minute drive. Will be definitely booking again.

Very easy to find, parking and landscape very good. The pod we stayed in(Isaac) was very well set up,everything you needed for a short stay. The shower in the pod was really excellent. We ate at the hotel for one lunch, which was really good. The three guys who served us,went above and beyond. We really enjoyed seeing the wild rabbits and chickens near to the pod.
As we are both quite light sleepers,we found the road noise woke us earlier than expected.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was exceptional and we ate out in the courtyard. Surroundings and car parking were super. Little detail like a portable fan and heater showed residents' comfort was considered. Good value and would certainly stay again and recommend. The property has a lovely feel about it, very relaxing.
Cramped Bathroom and non-stop heavy traffic noise. I would try to book ground floor accommodation next time if possible.

Very convenient for visiting family nearby. We have stayed at Manor Court many times but this is the first time we have stayed in the self catering pods, and we found Issac pod well laid out, clean and very comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the kitchen area was really well laid out with oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher! Warm and cosy with a small porch area to sit and watch the birds and rabbits on a morning.

especially liked the location albeit audible traffic noise. Would have liked it even more if Housekeeping remembers to top up the handwash. Liked the views fr the bed! Liked the choices of food in the restaurant. Restaurant staff very accomodating and friendly.
not so keen on the traffic noise fr thd busy road but got used to it after a while. Not enough surface area next to the bed.

Great accommodation suitable for 2 persons in twin beds. We were in chalet accommodation. Only let down was the shower. Spouted hot and cold water alternately and very slow. Location was great for purpose, and easily accessible. Food was pleasant and tasty. Staff cheerful and obliging. Highly recommended for over night stay.
Prices of drinks. 2 x Double gin with one bottle of tonic, £19.00. Also Small coke £3.19 whilst large £3.90. Extortionate prices. There also needs to be a comfortable bar lounge area, Seating not very comfortable and lack of seating.

Staff are very friendly, breakfast is very good. A lot of space for parking.
The hotel is next to the road which is quite busy, and the room window is facing the road. The room we stayed in is next to the one down the hallway on the first floor. The wall behind the bedhead is a bit thin, can hear the guests in another room using their bathroom. So it’s not very suitable for light sleepers.
