I loved the fact that the staff was SO friendly and enthusiastic. The bell boy was so cheerful and helpful. The front office team was kind enough to give us a late checkout as we needed more time. We ordered room picnic and the lady that came to deliver our food was also so lovely and so professional. I think the staff really made the stay more enjoyable for us. They also fulfilled all of my requests. The breakfast has a huge variety and we were spoilt for choice!

The check-in ladies were still in training so took quite some time. The rooms had no amenities like dental kit etc (I don’t know if it’s available on request) but also sanitary bags which are quite necessary when you travel with females. The spa and recreation staff were very unhelpful and sarcastic. The steam room was not switched on, we went to tell them about it, they said WE should call engineering team by ourselves (as if we work there) then when we left they said maybe it will be working tomorrow and we went again the next day and still the same so that was disappointing. No valet service

I had an amazing stay, The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, giving the whole place a relaxed, coastal vibe. You can even hear the waves from your room.. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, delicious, and offered plenty of variety to start the day right. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a chill beach getaway.

The only thing I didn’t love was the rule about not being allowed in the swimming pool with clothes on. I understand it’s for hygiene, but it felt a bit limiting. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall experience—I really enjoyed my stay.

The room and hotel facilities are great. The staff was very welcoming and responsive to our requests. It is a great choice for a family staycation with a big pool and beachfront. There are plenty of options for food. There is also big covered parking and easy access.

This is not the hotel's fault, but we visited in the middle of the week during the summer season, and the hotel was packed. The facilities and staff worked ok, but expect a big crowd in the elevators, pool, and during breakfast.

New hotel. Sea view. Located on an island away from the city hustle. Accomodating staff. Kids club. Close to the Marjan island corniche with a nice walkway and playground. Russian speaking staff and russian speaking hotel guests community.

Sand on the beach is mixed with seashells - hurtful to walk. Just one swimming pool (+one small kids pool) for such a huge fully packed hotel. No or few free sunbeds on the pool and beach. Reminder about fines for lost hotel cards.

The hotel staff demonstrated excellent behavior across all areas, from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurants. Everyone was polite and extremely helpful to our group. Despite the restaurant being full, the breakfast staff attended to each of our needs with care and efficiency. The hotel was very neat and clean, and the standard of cleanliness is highly appreciated.👌 Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway.

Pool timings are only up to 6 pm. Would be better if they could extend up to 9 pm.

room smaller than expected in such hotel level. miscomunication regarding the facilities (ndr the tennis court is not available), miscomunication regarding the options to enjoy full board or drink packages during the stay (there are bundles for bottomless drinks but must be subscribed at the check in)

Loved the breakfast buffet. There is decent no. Of activities for the kids and the property is small but modern. The rooms were very nicely done. Loved the kids club. They were very attentive.

The front desk staff was quite rude when we requested they let us check out half an hour late so we can perform our Friday prayers before we leave. The lady was extremely annoyed and snappy. We also hated the dinner buffet. We felt we were cheated into buying the dinner package priced at 110 per person after asking them for details of the menu prior to purchase. The dinner buffet was an absolute disappointment. There wasn't a variety of dishes. The live BBQ was a joke. They didn't even bother refilling the food trays.

Staff are excellent we got a room upgrade as we had a room on the first floor which was a bit noisy being close to the pool. The supervisor at reception sorry I didn’t get her name looked after us very well thank you. Also a shout out to Nieela in house keeping I lost my ring and she found it thank you so much. Food was ok a bit of the same everyday pool is not that big it was quite busy but there is a nice beach will definitely be back.

Nothing much to dislike would be nice if there was salmon or prawns in the restaurant seemed to be mainly pasta and beef and it would be nice if you could get your own soft drinks rather than queuing as there’s only one small bar and when it’s busy, it can take 10 to 15 minutes to get a drink.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful. All amenities are well in order. The beach is close by which makes it convenient and everything is well arranged.

The mattress, was nearly a worn out one. And people coming from the pool and beach use the same elevators as those who are checking in or out of their room. Which makes the elevator and the waiting area extremely slippery. But the staffs keeps on cleaning them almost everytime. So I would like to give a suggestion, all pool and beach users use a dedicated elevator assigned only for them.
