Lovely b&b with friendly staff. Jo allowed us to book in early and the breakfast was delicious. Location is ideal and the off street parking is a massive bonus. The room was very large, bed extremely comfortable and decorated very nicely. Dressing gowns provided.

We were in room 9 and when ever anyone flushed a toilet or ran a shower there was a constant humming/ buzzing like a pump, when Ch wasn't great between 0400-0700. There was a small window in the room that had no blind and as a consequence the room was.floided with natural light at 0400. It might suit some people but we prefer a dark room.

The hotel was lovely and food was excellent. Family run and everyone was lovely, they made you feel welcome, (including their dogs🐶). Room we stayed in No9 was a good standard and bed was comfy. The birthday treat was a pleasant surprise and was a lovely touch. Couldn’t find any fault. We didn’t need to park on the drive as loads of parking on the road. Only short walk to nearest pub and eateries.

Fantastic welcome from Jo on our arrival, and this continued throughout our stay. Very clean and well maintained premises, and nothing was too much trouble. Would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to anyone looking for a home from home ambience with an excellent breakfast to get up for. Well done, Jo.

With both of us being tall, we both found the bed too short.

A beautiful property, very welcoming, easy parking, with a lovely garden with furniture to sit and enjoy a glass or a chat. Comfortable lounge for guests, the bedroom was immaculate, a large really comfortable bed and en-suite, with good quality fixtures and toiletries. The breakfast was the best ever, choose from a full Welsh, cold meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, juices, pastries, proper coffee, a selection of teas, toast and all the trimmings. It is the little touches that make a place special, welcoming and memorable and Rosaire offers them all. We jokingly said we would leave a terrible review because if we wrote the truth then everybody would know about 'our' best kept secret: Llandudno's ROSAIRE Thank you Jo and 'mum' for the most wonderful stay; we have found our perfect place, and can't wait to return. XXXX

The only thing we didn't like... only booking one night, wish we could have stayed for longer. Next time we will.

Perfect location, just walking distance from the main streets in Llandudno. The host was lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are plenty of extra blankets inside wardrobe, which is always a plus.The bathroom was spacious and clean. The robes were a nice touch. Breakfast was a highlight, definitely recommend.

Jo & Team were brilliant - very welcoming and lovely hosts. The breakfast was fantastic 10/10 ! Room was clean & tidy - plenty of hot water for showers. The off-street parking was a real benefit. I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Host very welcoming, wanted to make sure we felt comfortable. Detailed information of Llandudno. The accommodation is in a quiet area of Llandudno but still walking distance of the town and all amenities. Room and en-suite were good size, clean, good breakfast, once again the host was super friendly and accomodating.

Everything was perfect, The room was really clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful at night. In the morning there was an excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Joanne was really friendly as were the staff, she was helpful helping us get our bearings. There was plenty of parking and the house was in a great location near to everything.

Nothing could be improved on.

Lovely guesthouse Jo was friendly and helpful. Situated in a lovely quiet area, only 10 min walk to shops and restaurants about 15 to prom. Room was clean with fantastic views from the double aspect windows, especially the view over great orm.
