Very spacious, I stayed with my partner and we chose a room with two king beds so we could spread out and sleep undisturbed and it was amazing VERY comfy bed! TV was great, played some Netflix after long day of exploring. Fridge which was perfect for snacks/water. Location was good, Cable car station nearby to ride on the iconic cable car, tickets were available at reception. In a hiller part of town so keep in mind that you may be up and down hills a bit more in this area. Close to Fisherman's Warf/ Pier's etc. About 20-30 min walk to center/ Union square so depends where you want to go more. Safe and quiet. Great for families, couples and friends - a bit of everything!

A little expensive, thought breakfast should be included for price.

Certain staff were extremely friendly, especially the concierge - provided us very clear and precise directions and suggestions. The amenities provided are fantastic- we do not need to bring a lot of amenities! ‘Mandy’ helped my friend with internet assess.

While many are helpful we came across one that is extremely annoying. Coming from a receptionist - it is really not acceptable. It makes great customer delight contradictory to the earlier experience. It just takes one to turn good experience bad.

This place is very good everything you would expect from Marriott. But we did book a long time in advance we told them several times that we had a Mercedes sprinter with high roof we were assured several times that wouldn't be a problem. On arrival we were told they had no parking for our Sprinter....So I went over the road to the Cazar I think 🤔 explained the situation and they were wonderful let us park in their parking...and didn't even charge us....Special mention to the staff at the Cazar for helping us out...

Loved convenient location to many sites and transportation. Room was excellent.

High rate with little included. $75 a day parking should be reduced or free with high daily hotel stay; $30 daily additional amenities fee charged whether you use it as a credit or not; no continental breakfast; really messed up check in which could have been inexperienced computer user....took over 45 minutes even though I did precheckin on line.

Very convenient to the Wharf. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go, safely and quickly. The trolley was close by also. Parking was convenient and the valet was very fast and courteous. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant/bar was absolutely great! It was super busy, but the staff was still friendly and the food was amazing! It was delish!I accidently left a bag and they shipped it to my next destination! Super helpful!

I don't think they had a free breakfast or coffee service downstairs. If they did, I missed it.

The lady who was in charge of cleaning was a nice person, always smiling when speaking to her. The people at reception were very patient and willing to help us. There's a Mexican serveur at the restaurant who made our stay to be felt as in home.

There's only one washing machine and one dryer. I waited for almost an hour "in the line" to use the machines. You must pay $5 to wash and $4 to dry your clothes.

$30 breakfast or dinner, free ice cream, valet was very convenient about, room remain clean for the duration of our stay, size of the room is good, tea and coffee provided are very nice, staff are nice, I feel secure that only people with key cards can enter. The location is very good for its price very close to our destinations and attractions. free bus, fare ticket. Noise level is acceptable, considering we are in a busy location.

Does not provide hot water and cold water to drink to the room delivery fee, even if we’re in the same building, only valet parking available, either get valet, or you park in the streets, restaurant, not open at lunch only breakfast and dinner, they said free Wi-Fi but when you connect to the Wi-Fi there are payment options. What else babe that’s it

The room was a great size with tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom had all we needed. Breakfast was filling, with a fine selection of cooked breakfast, cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries. The coffee and juices were delicious.

The location is perfect.The property is near Fisherman’s Wharf. The HoHo Bus pass by the hotel itself.

The hotel did not have ample staff to assist guests with their luggage. We had several huge luggage and the staff at the reception told us that they do not have bellboy/ porter service to assist us. This was a big let down for us.

Great location, hotel is quite modern, beds were very comfortable, staff were accommodating.
