Nice quiet location right on the beach. The Porter Seta was incredibly helpful

The service for food and drinks near the pool is VERY slow . Our room was comfortable however the showers were terrible, one room the door came off, both rooms didn't drain away, the pressure was terrible and the water never got past Luke warm, was very disappointing

The staff were friendly and kind. Always greeted us with a smile and happy to help. Right on the beach. The room we had was perfect for our party of 4. The bar staff were excellent in food and drink service for us. Couldn't fault it. The beds were sooo comfy and the room was cool even without the air con on.

Had to ask a few times to supply our room with towels and top up for our shampoo and conditioner and bodywash before it was done. I did get hit with a coconut on the lounger. So harvesting the coconuts wouldn't go amiss. I just moved.

look out on to beach, room and facilities especially the choice of restaurants and the lovely food. The staff were extra friendly and helpful. Able to walk along the beach and then the sun lounges to watch the people go by plus I could read my books in peace. I needed a relaxing carefree holiday and that is what I got. Also the canoe racing on the weekend with all the families partaking and having such a good time. It was great to watch it all. Thank you

From arrival, till departure, the staff were on hand to accommodate my every need. Enjoyed kayaking straight off the beach at hotel. Supermarket within walking distance. Nice restaurants nearby. Watching the sun go down over the water from 6th floor restaurant. Meals were delicious. The entire complex was clean and in good working order. Loved staying here.

The only gripe, which was understandable was arriving in Fiji 6am and waiting to check in at 4pm. They were great managed to check in early 2pm.

Ramada Suites Wailoaloa was the perfect spot for us visiting friends who live close by. It’s not the nicest beach in Fiji or the Nadi area. It’s a little dirtier than some, but actually has some local character to it because locals actually live nearby and frequent the beach as well (unlike any of the Denarau spots). It’s certainly a great place to spend time before / after a flight or travel to the outer islands or more remote parts of Fiji. The staff was lovely and made us feel at home in the work-travel vibey rooms.

2 bedrooms apart with 2 full bathrooms and 0.5 toilets, very convenient for a family stay. The view is also very good, face to the sea. Employees are very kind and helpful. It offers free airport shuttle bus which is very helpful. Many travel companies also have shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel, such like South Sea Cruise. It’s very convenient.

The hall and the building is small, the living room inside the apartment is also tiny and the decoration is just normal apartment standard. Just feel not very like a 4-star hotel ( compared with Chinese 4-star hotel)

This is a good location to use as a home base for day trips around the area, or as a first day & last day location for a trip out to the smaller islands. There are a bunch of other hotels in the area, so you have a choice of restaurants & cafes, plus there's a supermarket a few minutes walk away, so you can take advantage of the kitchen in your room/suite. The folks working here are very friendly & very chill.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had one issue with booking an early morning shuttle and the staff were able to help figure it out. Room was comfy and clean, it had a full kitchen, full fridge, and washer/dryer. Close to the airport so convenient location for a quick trip. Really happy with the communication from the hotel. The beach was nice, very calm and nice to walk on. I would absolutely stay here again if needed, very worth the price of staying there.

The food was ok, definitely prepared well and clean but could be better seasoned. The drinks again were good but inconsistent in quality. The area is at the end of the airport runway, so not much in terms of good places to walk around. Pool is nice but small, and since it's in the shade it doesn't get as warm as would be preferred. Facilities are not as extravagant as other all-inclusive resorts due to the limited property size. But all of that said, the staff work hard and obviously show great pride in running their facility.

It was noisy at night being near front and reception and deliveries Dogs barking woke us in the night The air con was temperamental Attitude of staff in bar next door was below average we felt like we were a nuisance asking for something Beach was grey in colour not very inviting Pool was ok but small and it seems to come up windy the couple of evenings we were there

We were given early check in from early morning red eye flight from LAX. Friendly staff. Sunset from the rooftop restaurant. Mother’s Day fire dancers and female dancers just fantastic and very special.

Rooftop meals lacked imagination and very very slow service. Wyndham have built an 8 story new hotel in short distance from the Ramada blocking sunrises over the mountains due to open in July. The building was lit up like a Xmas tree on our side of Ramada with the light coming through our curtains.
