Centrally located opposite the Launceston General Hospital. Quiet, relatively clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was available for breakfast and dinner. There was a good selection of meals available for dinner. Room service, although advertised, was unavailable.

The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The air conditioner in the room could not be turned down to a reasonable level. The chairs were inappropriate with no backs, and the bedlinen consisted of sheets and an uncovered doona. Pillows were strange concoctions of oversized units stuffed into smaller pillow cases. The shower rose had limited height adjustment. The pump action cannisters for soap, shampoo and conditioner were inconvenient.

Great location out of the CBD but easy to access local cafes and a uber/e-scooter isnt far away. Easy to walk too main part of CBD. Rooms were clean fresh towels daily, beds were made. We had a family room and it’s technically 2 hotel rooms with an entrance area that has an extra door to hallway. Had to ask for more bowls for breakfast as only 2 of them but 4 people in the rooms. Staff were very helpful with this.

Nothing I didn’t really like but our shower didn’t have a seal at the bottom so there was lots of water just outside shower afterwards. But easily fixed by putting a floor mat over it to soak up.

Reception staff were amazing. Because of having a procedure at the LGH, I was allowed a later checkout and being able to park there enabled me to take my husband across the road for his surgery. The facilities with dining room and lounge area was great, and for dinner I was able to order a meal and take to the room to eat. We missed breakfast as paperwork and preliminary’s at the hospital took longer than expected but we’ll make sure we sample this next time we need to be at LGH or in Launceston for other reasons. A definite rebooking accomodation!

Staff were very willing to accommodate my requests (keeping my car there until the afternoon after check-out and late checkout of 12pm, and working on my computer in the lobby armchairs after checkout). The room was lovely. I would certainly stay here again!

The lighting in the room was a bit dim after the sun set. I would prefer the option of having bright lights and dim lights to choose between. The black-out curtain was not light-proof.

The room was spacious and clean, lots of extra amenities and good pillows. Quiet location. Easy to find parking on the weekend. Amazing and friendly staff

The breakfast was a bit weird for what you paid for. $30 - I got a very small eggs + toast (couldn’t add things without additional costs) and I could only order 1 x meal but with extra coffee and juice. I thought it would be more buffet style. For that price I would go out to a cafe and not bother next time

Restaurant on site, very close to the Hospital as was visiting relatives. Staff were fantastic and able to accommodate when I extended the stay or had other family members visit. Parking was useful as hospital parking is scarce. Clean, comfy and spacious rooms. Laundry onsite too.

No room service but there is a restaurant on site during set hours. Unfortunately I missed most of the sittings but the breakfast I had was fantastic , great food, coffee and service.

Location is great for the hospital and central for the city (within walking distance) We were provided with another bed on request Small kitchette as part of the suite was useful.

Nothing to complain about at all. Would definitely stay there again. Would have appreciated room service but used Uber Eats instead which was fine and cafe across the road for breakfast (Aromas). So really not an issue. Was great to have two TVs and couch and table etc. Would be good to be able to cast to TVs - to show Netflix etc. as not much on TV. Ended up watching phones instead.

Very friendly staff who greeted me with a smile and were genuinely warm and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The breakfast and dinner were average. Neither were very flavoursome (eggs Benedict for breakfast and salmon main for dinner). I was disappointed that room service couldn't be delivered to my room. I was able to order dinner from the restaurant for me to collect, but as I was in the middle of an online uni class, I needed to miss some of this while popping down to collect the food which wasn't ideal.

I love the location I love the balcony The bed and pillows were comfortable It is great that parking is included The room was spacious and had everything I needed The bathroom was spacious.

The Coffee machine in my room didn't seem to work No biscuits with the coffee sachets As I was a solo traveller, I wasn't attended to in the same manner as the other travellers.

breakfast was very good really enjoyed it. staff their were also very friendly and the room was very clean thank you

when we arrived we were greeted very nice only on the second day when we complained that we both caught a cold due to the air conditioning/heating was not working and was told by one of the staff go to the chemist. we did have a heater brought to us which was very nice.
