The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast delicious.

We were not aware Hyatt Place adjoined another Hyatt, so we initially parked in th wrong area. When we found the right hotel, the staff member directed us to the right area. If you don't use valet, you are charged each time you leave the hotel. Be prepared for expensive rates. I think parking charges should be mentioned.

The lady at the check in desk was very helpful and met our every need. It was my Wife and I's anniversary, and she even accommodated our room as asked. Coffee bar was nice and the breakfast was very accomadating. Being only a few blocks from the Galleria area was also very nice.

The BARTENDER!!! My wife had ordered a drink during happy hour, and she was overcharged. The front desk lady as mentioned before was very quick to refund us the amount needed. .... the bartender got into a full-on argument and was acting extremely arrogant to the other staff members RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! The nice young lady at check in counter maintained her professionality the entire time but you just could NOT tell this girl nothing! It was extremely embarrassing!

Staff was extremely professional and kind. I was a little emotional during check in because I was staying there after a breakup and they offered me tissues and water and made sure I was safe. Would definitely return!

I would appreciate lotion in the bathroom.

The rooms are good size, and the fitness and pool are good. The staff at check-in and check-out were super friendly and professional.

The breakfast was average—the same thing repeated every day. It was boring.

Didn't have the choice of using the stairs. Sometimes long wait on the elevators. Staff at first was a bit rude. By the end of my stay we ironed out our miscommunication. GM Queenie was the BEST. Thank you.

Great location

Parking is terrible and having to valet the car was horrible. Paying for parking to stay at your hotel is ridiculous when the Indigo around the corner has exceptional rooms, exceptional location, and free parking. You can come and go as needed without the hassle of paying the park or valet person taking a long time to get your car.

Everything was descent during our stay.

I didn't like the fact that the fryer didn't work and I was unable to order certain foods. The pillows were uncomfortable, I had to go purchase some from Walmart.

great location, 5-7 minutes walk to Galleria All the staff at reception is awesome and extremely helpful and full of courtesy and energy, specially want to mention Epi at the reception and Abdul at Valet are great! don’t know the names of people at reception, each and everyone there are fabulous!

Breakfast is terrible and significantly below par. just improve the breakfast and this hotel deserves above 9 rating. you have the right people!

There was a last min change in my trip since there was a very poor weather condition(Snow). That caused us to change our stay and the staff was great at getting our accommodations. There was always someone welcome to helping

Great location, walking distance to the Galleria mall and the Water wall park. Very clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast selection. Decent priced valet service. Accommodating with late checkout if you are a member.
