The hotel is excellent, clean, cozy, comfortable beds, the room size is sufficient for a comfortable stay. There is coffee and tea in the room, the staff is friendly. Very good breakfast and varied. Special thanks to the breakfast staff – they were very helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the BMW Museum. There are many cafes and grocery stores nearby. Near the metro station, it is convenient to get to the center. Parking is an average price for Munich.

I would give 10 points, but I have to lower my score for the staff's work. Upon arrival, we were warned that cleaning is not every day, and if we want our room to be cleaned, we must inform the reception. And as a bonus for the lack of daily cleaning, a bottle of water is free. When we left, it was a surprise that we had several bottles of water added to the bill for 4 euros each. We didn't ask for cleaning, but to be fair, they cleaned our place every day and left a bottle of water. I think it would be correct to inform the guests that the water in the room is paid and indicate its cost. After all, the water in the nearby supermarket costs 1.5 euros for a large bottle.

The hotel was clean and nice. Normal breakfast with good flavours. The staff were very helpful and kind (apart from 1 guy in the night shift). Nice big bed and the room was actually pretty spacious with a large bathroom and shower. The room has working AC and great views from the window. The metro that goes directly to the centre is very near and there is a grocery store right next to the hotel. The area is calm and the hotel is a walkable distance from the olympic stadium, if you're going to an event.

The hotel is hard to find. It's on a second floor in a resident building in the also hard to navigate Olympic village. The building looks terrible on the outside! But once you find it, it's good on the inside. The Olympic village is also a "locals area", there's not many restaurants or shops there and absolutely no one knows english. The hotel room had a sliding door for the bathroom. I think it was sound proofed, but i know some people would like an actual door for the toilet.

Fantastic customer service, we arrived earlier than check in, frozen and tired, and they allowed us in abit earlier so we could rest. Always greeted with a smile and the cleaning was exceptional. Clean towels daily and beds made. Perfect location with everything in walking distance.

The breakfast I felt like was overly priced and the noise with building/renovations woke me up early in the mornings. The cleaner was repeatedly knocking on the door on our last day asking what time we were leaving whilst my son and I were packing our bags to leave and check out wasn’t until 11am.

The breakfast was really good. During the two days, we stayed there, we invited my son and a nephew, who are students and live nearby to join us for breakfast. We all enjoyed it. What we enjoyed the most was having an early walk around the Olympiapark, the fresh air was really nice. The BMW mussseum is a MUST.

Hard to tell. After a bad experience in Königssee, this hotel was just great. We avoided paying for parking the car since we knew where to park in the street, which is quite safe in this area. Perhaps having better parking access at the time of check-in and out to unload and load the car, without having to commit to hotel parking, would be a point of improvement. But in general, we are really happy with our stay here, we are planning to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance (10–15 minutes) of Olympiahalle, Olympiastadion, and Olympiapark. Parking is available in the on-site hotel garage for €17 per day, or you can use nearby public parking spaces payable via the EasyPark app. Rooms are situated on the 13th, 14th, and 15th floors, offering great views. In the lobby, there’s a coffee machine with reasonably priced drinks.

Breakfast is expensive.

I liked everything about what the hotel offered , including the friendly staff. A special mention to Vlady - the receptionist at the check out-who booked an Uber taxi for me in the middle of the night . It was super crowdy in the area , full of drunk people after the AC/DC concert and going to the ZOB- Munich could have been a challenge without his help. Thank you so much.

Maybe , the price but Munich is expensive in general .

It was pretty close to the Olympia Hall which was nice since we were here for a concert, the staff was very friendly and the rooms were really nice

We didn‘t find the entrance at first, we walked around the builing and went in through the back, unfortunately there were no signs and i didn‘t find anything on the website on how to „correctly“ find the entrance, i was just a little confused on how to get up there

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a large selection of drinks and food. The hotel is close to the BMW museum, but quite a long way from the centre of Munich. However, the train service is excellent, and only a 5 minute walk away.

The situation of the hotel is unusual, being at the top of a carpark. The area around it is a bit bleak, with only a couple of restaurants.

Needed to be at Olympic Park, so convenient. Close to metro to get into the center/tourist area. 15 minutes/8 stops. Nice breakfast, warm and cold choices. Grocery store under it and lots of easy food options. Good price for Munich.

It’s good for Olympic/BMW area, but by the main tourist center. Late night check-in staff was sketchy and breakfast woman abrupt. Entrance confusion and taxis did not know where to go. Lots of children. Lots. Maybe a children’s event was nearby, as there was an unusually large number of families with small children.

The communication with the staff was very nice; they were very helpful and thought along. Beds were great!

We couldn't find the proper way into the hotel! Looked like it was mostly designed for people traveling by car, but we made it in en out alright. What I found more disturbing was that the bathroom door left huge gaps when the door was closed, there was no privacy at all. People aren't always travelling with a partner, so it would be appreciated to do some things in private.
