Spacious space with proximity to old town.

Staff wasn’t smiling at all whilst we were there and we saw many. It does influence the ambience.

The hotel is a short waking distance to the Altstadt of Colmar. The room was spacious, clean and hotel staff friendly and willing to accommodate. Their “fitness room” has only 3 cardio machines and no weights of any kind, but does have an indoor pool and onsite locker rooms. The breakfast at the hotel had a nice variety of break options. There is a grocery store located 1 block from the hotel.

The hotel does have AC, however it didn’t seem to be working well during our stay and we requested fans to help cool the room. There is onsite parking available, which was great but be advised a reservation must be made ahead of time. Thankfully, there was space available during our stay.

Really well equipped and comfortable apartment in this hotel, and, unlike our previous place, we found the aircon control as we arrived which was needed in the hot weather. Staff were very helpful and polite, even the trainee who appeared to be on her very first day at work! Lots of good eating out options within a short walking distance (Colmar is much smaller than Strasbourg where we had been just before). A short bus ride from the train station on the other side of town.

We set off back home on the Sunday but the buses we had expected didn't seem to be operating so we had to walk back to the station. Perhaps reception could have warned us as we would have booked a taxi instead.

The hotel is so close to city center of Colmar. The room was super clean and wide enough for 3 people. The kitchenette in the room is a life saver and every details were thought. The bathroom is very large and nice. The balcony seems super cosy. The neigbourhood of Odalys Hotel is so peaceful.

Breakfast not included to our reservation and unfortunately only thing we regret in the hotel was breakfast. Limited variety of food and not tasteful so we prepared our breakfast in the room. Parking can be added to reservation at first place.

The kindness of staff, responsive to clients’ special request (we needed a room accesibile by elevator), good location, Christmas market and town centre accesibile by foot. The property offers free storage of the luggage before check in and after check out, which is wonderful and very helpful. They offer breakfast, however we did not buy it, as we prefere to eat at the Covered Market restaurants nearby. Also, lot of guests used the pool and fitness facilities, which I think is a plus for a holiday. Did not tried that either as we focused on visiting the town.

The room had an unpleasant odour, which did not go away during the stay, I cannot say what was the cause ( maybe the chicinete or the ventilation or sewage sistem). The good part was that once inside the room, one can get used with it easily . Also the heating sistem had some issues as the heat was not spreaded evenly throughout the apartment, the bedroom was substantially colder than the leaving room and bathroom. It is important to mention that we did not report these to the reception desk during our stay, as we actualy did not spent that much time inside, so, if reported, probably these “minuses” could have been resolved.

The whole experience was very good. The team are very responsive and facilitated our late arrival. The receptionist was so friendly (Faisal) and the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant just a 5 minutes walk from the Xmas market.

The cleaning team one day didn’t clean the room completely without giving us a cutoff time or notice, we had to fetch towels from the reception just to have a shower. The next day they cleaned half the room and left the rest. Once this was reported it got corrected and the room was cleaned daily afterwards

Really close to the centre, about a 10-15 walk. Very quiet hotel, comfy beds Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was nice. We read some reviews about staff not being very friendly but we found all the staff we encountered friendly, polite.

We had a balcony room but it was facing a building site across from it. That was very minor and we didn’t get any noise from it. The swimming pool needs a little bit of a clean around the tiles.

Pool and gym is really good extra, breakfast wasn't anything huge, but absolutely enough if you stay for couples nights. And we where with baby, so room where well prepared with all we need for us.

The parking probably could be for free for guess, but it is how it is in all town with parking. If you lucky, there is a free space around not far away from hotel.

This hotel apartment exceeded expectations. The location was ideal for exploring the area, the apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of items. A completely flawless experience.

The room were equipped very well - kitchen has everything needed, dining table, sofa. Highlight for us were breakfast - tasty croissants and freshly pressed orange juice. Good location - everything at a walking distance

We got the room on the corner which faces the main street - too loud and directly under the streetlight. Loud ventilation (also in the night) and couldn’t manage to set room temperature.
