Good location, comfortable bed and hot shower

Location, interior decor, friendly helpful staff, quiet room, I was on the 3rd floor internal facing, got upgraded to mid range room.

The bathroom had a little mould in places.

We loved our stay here! The room was spotless with daily cleaning service, hot water all the time and daily refill of tea and coffee amenities! Perfect location, not only quiet, but also just a few minutes walk from every transportation stations, restaurants and market! Staff is so kind and professionals. There was some kind of technical issue with the heating system and immediately the kind gentleman from reception gave us a portable heater for our whole stay! Size of the room is small, but this is something normal in Paris, in general, and you know it already. Thank you everyone for making our stay more enjoyable!

I think a small fridge if existed, would be the best, but surely not very impotant.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this lovely little hotel in Paris. The breakfast was delicious and being able to enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Paris made it even more special. A thoughtful birthday surprise from the staff was a really kind touch and very much appreciated. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was small but cozy and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic – surrounded by great bistros and small bars that come to life in the evenings, and just a short walk from the river, perfect for evening strolls. We've already recommended the hotel to friends and family and would happily stay again ourselves.

The staff and team provide the warmest welcome from the treat of champagne and macarons in the room to the generous and delicious breakfasts to genuine smiles and ideas for what to do when. Room size and furnishings are very comfortable. Location is fantastic; close to great dining, walkable attractions and metros yet the street itself is quiet for sleeping. Eurostar access is a 20 min metro ride away on the same train line.

We loved everything. Though if you want modern and new, this isn’t the place for you. Give the hot water time to reach your floor when you run it in the morning (and it’s good and hot!)

You had a choice of breakfasts and we usually had the gourmet which is enormous and generous. It had scambled eggs, sausages, an assortment of meat and cheese, croissants and bread, an assortment of fruit, tea and coffee, warm milk, fruit juices. The yoing staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much. They booked taxis and recommended local restaurants. Because it ws my birthday they laid on a half bottle of champagne and a gift of gourmet biscuits and dressed the large doube bed with artificial rose petals spelling out HB with a big heart. They also upgraded our room so we had a view over the street instead of the back. A wonderful reception.

The rooms were described as cosy and they were small but had all the facilities you needed including step in shower and hair dryer. The only problem was that they were refurbishing the breakfast room so we had breakfast in our cosy room with a table installed in such a way that you could not fully open the entrance door. As there was only one chair one person had to eat their breakfast on a side table while sitting on the bed.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel des Deux Continents! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had originally booked a different room, but thanks to their flexibility and kindness, we were able to get a fixed room that was perfect for us. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable – right in the heart of Paris and just a short walk from many attractions. It was so easy to explore the city, and we loved soaking in the wonderful atmosphere of the neighborhood every morning. The hotel exudes typical Parisian charm, with elegant decor and a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. Another highlight was the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day off right. I can only warmly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next visit!

Proximity to my favourite area in Paris and located in a quiet street with lovely shops and restaurants ; this hotel was a surprise package. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to assist us with our stay. Rooms were full of character and I liked our bathroom very much. Breakfast had a lovely range and the staff in the dining room were also very welcoming. I liked particularly how safe I felt and how calm our street was throughout the stay. You are just around the corner from the metro ( Saint Germaine) and a short walk to the Seine Rv.

There is currently no sign above the hotel making it initially difficult to spot from our taxi. Everything was lovely .

The location is excellent. I always stay in that area when i visit Paris. We had a very quiet room with a pleasant view of the rooftops. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaning ladies were wonderful. The bathroom was very well appointed and very modern.

The room is TINY, if you are used to American size rooms, you are in for a shock. The elevator was also so small, three of us can barely fit without any luggage. The photos on the site are somewhat decieving, check square footage to get a real idea of the room size.

Oh my god, where to start! Sincere thanks to the amazing Erika and the friendly lady in the resturant. Everything was just perfect from moment we checked in, from the friendly and helpful staff to the cleanness, the amenities and facilities in the room. A 5 star hotel not 3, We went to another nearby hotel due to the unavailability of the rooms for the rest of our stay and came back because everything was just perfect. The kids loved it, Location is amazing in the latino district, all the beautiful restaurants, walking distance from the louvre and the city centre. Will definitely come back.
