The location and price are UNBEATABLE!! The hotel is right on the main strip, with everything You could want within EASY walking distance.

It’s not the fanciest hotel but definitely worth a stay if you care about being located in the heart of Tybee Island and want a vacation where you park and don’t drive again until you’re headed home! *Location is South Beach (the busier side of Tybee). I have stayed on both the south and north side and definitely prefer the south. Most of the restaurants, the beach shops, icecream shops are located on the south side. As well as the pier. Tybee is small so even the busier side is nothing crazy!*

Basic motel room with mini fridge and microwave . Very clean. Staff was super friendly. Good location . Had pool and was right by stores .

Only negative was you couldn’t see the beach and view was a parking lot .

Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach less than a block away.

Beds could have been more comfortable but we still slept good.

The location was great and staff was very nice.

The place was not the cleanest, elevators were not working so you have to haul all your luggage up and down stairs, and the parking was absolutely horrible with extremely tight parking spots in a parking garage style parking (could barely park my mid size suv so if you have anything other than a compact car I do not recommend staying here!)

For an outdated hotel it was in the perfect location to the shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. We could walk everywhere we needed to go.

The parking is a little scary, you have to park super close to other cars. We left Saturday afternoon and went into Savannah. When we came back there were minimal spots and I have a med/large car. I went to the front desk and they were so awesome. They let me park in a spot that has been reserved for a large car. But I can't imagine how it would be if it was sold out.

The staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than expected, but they were able to get us pre checked in and called us when our rooms were ready. The location was absolutely perfect, everywhere we wanted to go was within easy walking distance.

Parking was tight, but plentiful. We were in a Yukon, and it made me nervous finding a spot for such a beefy vehicle. I'm use to driving a much more compact car.

Rooms could’ve been priced cheaper for how they were. They were good rooms,clean and comfy but there were slight things like a broken light fixture, no cover on the fire alarm and coffee items provided were picked through by previous tenants I’m assuming? they just weren’t “high end” and the price for them could’ve been slightly cheaper. They were average but I would 100% return to this hotel in the future!

I LOVE the Sea & Breeze Hotel. This is the 2nd year we've stayed there and we'll be back again next year. You cannot beat the location, and the staff is absolutely amazing, accommodating, and so friendly and personable. It's one of my happy places. I can't wait to come.back. The hotel has so much character, and the staff does an amazing job of keeping it clean and cozy.

Each side of the bed has a nightstand and a lamp, but only one lamp actually works, because the other has nowhere to plug into the wall. LOL Very slight inconvenience. There was a lot of maintenance being done at the time of our stay, so during the day it was noisy (drilling, hammering, etc.). It did NOT, however, affect our experience overall, and it is great that they are consistently doing maintenance and repairs to the hotel.

1)Proximity to beach was excellent. 2)One staff, particularly, Caitlin was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. 3)very generous with towels, coffee, ice

1)PARKING SPACES were way too small. I needed to be guided by passenger who had to get out of the car to park or remove the car from space. 2)though SMOKERS were not allowed to smoke in rooms, they were smoking in the stairwell, sitting areas, poolside, elevator, smoke smell was hard to escape.

The location was the best that one could ask for! We were right there down where everything was. We crunk our vehicle up one time to go get some food. The rest of the time everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. The pier and beach were like a football fields walk.

Do not bring a big truck. The parking is tight when they are real busy. Wouldn’t have been bad if we brought the car instead of the RAM.
