Excellent little hotel with friendly, charming staff. Superb interiors and location

Please consider sound proofing and insulating the walls as I had the inconvenience of listening to the room next door every word. For the hotel to be truly luxury I would suggest sound proofing

The hotel is charming, and its interiors are beautiful and well-designed. Most of the staff were very helpful, but one person was quite grumpy if we're honest. This is not something you'd expect at a four-star hotel.

The hotel details parking. Parking is not available at the hotel—well, there is one car space in the courtyard, but that's not for us mortals, but maybe that's how they get around that description. I tracked my car to a public car park around the corner. On-site parking should be removed from their website and hotel apps. Also, the bathroom was tired. There were tiles missing or coming up off the floor.

We loved the unique interior design, the private terrace of the secret room and the attentiveness of the staff. WE arrived much later than expected due to train delays, and there were very accommodating and even gave us restaurant recommendation that were open late on Sunday. Everything was top-notch!

In the secret room, the shower design was very modern, but the shower entrance allowed for a lot of leaking water while using the shower. It didn't impact our enjoyment of the shower, but we did have to have the shower rugs replaced each day.

Beautiful hotel, decoration was a perfect mix of eclectic and classic French. My husband and I booked it for a short couple's getaway. It is located at a very quiet street yet only a 10-minute walk to the historic centre, away but close from all the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was fabulous and so was dinner which was accommodated on short request. And this was on Bastille Day! I would certainly recommend it.

The lift didn't work but it was being repaired and the staff kindly took our suitcases to the room. Everything else was fantastic.

The property is amazing, very comfortable and nicely decorated. We were welcomed with home made chocolate cake. The room was spacious and the facilities were modern and great quality. The location is perfect too. So close to h the e jardin public with a great playground, natural history museum and a great carousel. The restaurant food was delicious but not really good if you’re dairy free or gluten free.

They charged extra (40€ per night) to have an extra bed for our child. Not sure where he would have slept otherwise. I have never been charged by a hotel for this before. We had asked for breakfast to be packed on the morning we were leaving because we had to catch the train early and we only had a few pastries in a bag. The lady said we would have bread and crepes ready for us in the mornings but it wasn’t. Given the price of breakfast, that was disappointing. The we’re not dairy free options in the desserts so we were given some meringue with fruits and again for the price that was disappointing.

Boutique hotel with amazing and friendly staff. We appreciated the connection they made with one of the vendors for taking a tour in the city. The suite we were upgraded to was great in terms of the area. Comfy beds and spacious bathroom which is rare in France!

Despite being upgraded to the largest suite, it was located in an upper floor without any elevators which caused some challenges moving the large luggage up. The restaurant has limited space, compared to the number of rooms available. It’s a bit far from the City Center (sea side). Another thing I hope it gets resolved is the parking on-premises, we asked for a reserved parking spot during check-in for one day. It was accepted by the front desk staff, however, they had to park the car in another property. I was concerned that night because of a review I saw on TripAdvisor claiming one of the guest’s rental car was scratched. I was worried, but thankfully we received back our car in the same condition we left it.

From the moment my taxi arrived a man came out to take my luggage. On check-in I was given a room upgrade to the Comfy room from the Secret room. I was there for 5 nights so this was very much appreciated. Super stylish hotel, the decor is superb. I had in one evening dining at the restaurant and that was first class too.

Nothing, was fabulous.

We are generally pragmatic travellers and do not indulge in this sort of “experience” hotel, but the Yndo is exceptionally well appointed and well located. We - including our small dog - thoroughly enjoyed our room, the generous breakfast, the originally furnished common rooms, and a peaceful courtyard. The staff were attentive and very patient with our requests. Within easy walking distance of many shops and sights.

The parking lot was a bit of a challenge to exit.

An excellent stay. The staff, Romane, Mariette. Jaime and the Housekeeping team all work together. Crazy Room was super comfortable. Shower was really delicious. Some accommodations had to be made to conform to an older structure, but they did a good job creating this hotel. We had one meal at the hotel and it was very good as was the wine list.

Amazing location, staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Facilities such as the steamer and the hairdryer were of great quality.

My only criticism was the fact that wine, biscuits and crisps/crackers were left on the side in our room which we assumed were a good will gesture as this was different to the mini bar, yet we were charged €6 for a bag of crackers. This should have been explained to us and €6 is slightly excessive.
