I stayed for three nights. There are local shops and restaurants nearby, but nothing fancy. Which was fine with me. Staff is friendly and gym and rooftop swimming pool is great for the hotel price range. As I have rented a car for the time of my stay I was flexible where to go. If you order a taxi via OTAXI or Yango (the Omani equivalent to Uber or Bolt) then don’t use the Hotel destination for pickup as they offer you only luxurious transport options. Set the pickup pin nearby and you get all the cheaper options.

The outdoor cafe area could see more love. Bright lights in the evening make it very uncomfortable.

A lovely hotel! It is about 15 minutes from the airport and easy to get most places from here. The breakfast was incredible, rooms comfortable, and staff were very kind. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was great, like Arabic/Italian vines. Our only complaint was the parking! There is side street parking that is not proper (slanted and not marked) or underground parking that is through a car lift. We were in a huge 4x4 rental car and didn’t feel comfortable taking the lift so we opted for the street parking, but the next morning, we couldn’t get out 😡 Took two hours and many kind hotel staff and nearby taxi/tour guides help to get out of our parking spot. Pool is heated, and good gym. Beds, shower and room overall are comfortable and the shower has good pressure. Blow dryer, slippers and robe upon request. I found everything spotless clean and wifi worked perfectly as I am remote working. I didn't try the breakfast. Staff is also attentive.

It's not really close to any of the tourist attractions within walking distance. By car/taxi everything is close. If you order a taxi, use the Otaxi app, much cheaper than getting a cab around. The restaurant is pricey because they add tourist and municipality tax that restaurants outside hotels are not required to include.

Perfect location as all the shops and shopping Mall was within walking distance. Especially if you like shopping like shipping. Only issue is that one has to cross a busy road, but it is safe and drivers will stop to let you across. The area was fairly clean, it is an old city and cannot be compared to the Emirates. Breakfast was very good, plenty to chose from. The swimming pool was excellent as it was heated and open all day. Staff was excellent and only too keen to help. The room was large, with a sitting room and two TVs. Wifi was excellent. It is cheaper to book your own taxi to the Airport rather than the hotel one. Omanis are very kind and humble people.

Nothing to complain about.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights at the beginning and two nights at the end of our Oman tour. The hotel is well-located, with many restaurants and stores nearby. It has a heated pool that the kids enjoyed, and the rooms and staff were nice. Habib at the reception was very helpful. Coffee and dates are offered all day long in the lobby, and there's a small tent, likely for photos, that the kids loved detouring into almost every time we went in and out. Breakfast was good with lots of options, and parking was included in the reservation. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable visit in Muscat

Th staff that handled the situation with the manager

The manager (Mr Nelson) who made us feel unwelcome while checking in for the 3rd time in a week. He was rude to us and wasn't able to give us rooms the rooms that we asked for.

The location.

It was dirty under the bed. We also found a needle under the bed which was dangerous for my toddler.

The location of the hotel was great. Shopping malls were handy. Taxis available whenever you needed. Two places to eat, a cafe and a restaurant within the hotel. Both were very nice. Very modern building with modern conveniences. Beautiful pool and gym on the top floor (not that I used them). Rooms were large and very comfortable. Very good value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Communication could have been better. My room was cleaned the first morning (without asking) and not the second morning. Apparently only clean when requested!! Lack of toilet paper. Requested a backup roll but was not forthcoming. Bill was not explained properly. Lighting could have been better. Asked for assistance regarding lighting and was told someone would come but didn't happen. Would not let this deter me from a further stay.

Hotel is nice and very clean. Room is spacious and it has a great shower. We couldn't try the breakfast but it looked very nice.

Services could be improved. We arrived by car and parked in the parking lots in front of the hotel, since the area in front of the door to unload the lagguages was occupied. Only halfway through the check in at the counter we were informed that we would have been fined when parking there. Since this is well known, the information should be shared upfront. We used the laudry service and our belongings were not returned until we called more than 2h after expected delivery.

the staff was really friendly; always saying 'hello', the room was clean with a modern design. i also appreciate the elevator for cars i the b1-b2 parking of hotel; it looks like the 'technology of future'. i also like the location because nearby 3 min walk , we can fins so many restaurants so more new culinary specialities . i really appreciate that stay in oman ramada encore muscat .

maybe the price is a little bit expensive but it was worth it for a 5 stars deluxe hotel honestly the stay in this hotel was really nice it was a good experience at muscat in oman and i don t have an complain about it
