The staff! The clerk was always calm, polite, and accommodating. We were there for basketball tournaments and the hotel was full of teenage boys, that takes patience even when they are good kids. A boy went from the pool to his room dripping water the whole way. The staff mopped up behind him without grumbling and I appreciate that. It felt family and children friendly. I was comfortable sitting in the dining area or the entry area alone or with others. I love the pillows, the comforters on the beds , and that our room was clean.

The free shampoo in the room and soap were kind of funky but that's not really a complaint, just an observation. Bring your own soaps. The complimentary breakfast is edible but nothing to brag about. The door to the adjoining room didn't have a lock that worked so I had to put the ironing board against the door just in case the people next door decided they wanted to enter my room. It did get fixed the next day. My room only had a shower, I like a bathtub, so that is more a preference than a complaint. I had brought soaking salts for my basketball player but couldn't really use it in a shower.

The Staff was very nice, unfortunately not any of their fault but they didn't get my paid reservation from Booking.com and they were sold out so I had to stay elsewhere. I saw on their computer my reservation number didn't exist

I didn't like that Booking.com dropped the ball, I got off a 6 hour flight with a 5 hour layover only to find that I didn't have a reservation that I paid for. Never again will I use Booking.com

The room was very clean and the maids were friendly. Took awhile to get checked in cause the girl was new and was on the phone trying to to get the person to a certain room. Should of took care of the me at the desk then the phone call to a person staying there. I had not much time to get ready for my granddaughter's wedding and that didn't help maters. Other then that it was good.

Taking too long to get registered.

The staff was extremely nice!! I showed up early and was allowed to check-in despite the hectic morning these employees had had. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom is spacious. Very clean hotel and room.

They recently renovated and laid laminated flooring in the rooms, removing the carpet. It makes for an 'echo' in the room. The floor is cold, so if you don't have slippers you can wear socks but it's kind of slick. Makes the room look bigger but with a big space in the middle of the room.

I like how everyone that I was having conversations with me was great, but theirs who I wasn't, were just formal action.

Your continental breakfast for your place wasn't level up to what I saw. Scrambled eggs without any protein, until my last day.. I'm watching other guests looking for protein, too.

Will checked us in and was super patient because my card declined. The women who serves breakfast was always smiling and pleasant. Even with a language barrier the cleaning staff understood my needs.

Breakfast only until 9am. Pool was closed for part of our stay. Later learned the health department was the reason.

Breakfast was alright. Sausage was undercooked and sausage patties I believe are more preferred than links. Overall breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked. Hotel does show signs of wear and tear but overall in great shape and kept clean. Staff was very friendly

The smoking of pot was prevalent by the back door near the pool. On two different occasions staff members were out there obviously smoking and purposely hid there joint as we (our youth group) walked by. I know you cant control the behavior of guests but to have staff smoke on the premises I sure is against your policies.

We did not eat breakfast due to over sleeping. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very welcoming. We had a great stay for one night.

There was no towels in the pool area. We had to call to front desk to get some brought to us. Staff was very quick to bring them to us though.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly! The included breakfast from 6 am-9 am was good with different options (sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, fresh made to order Belgium waffles, juice & milk)

Room was clean, air conditioning/heating worked, internet functioned, hot water worked, bed was comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Located in vicinity of some chain restaurants if needed. I didn't use the TV, can't comment.

Internet was a bit slow, it appears to be contracted out to a remote company. Room was a bit dated, but otherwise clean. Shower head could be better but still had hot water.
