We had booked for suprior room but for some reason unbeknownst to us given a family twin room, but the room was superb, shower working properly and everything very comfortable Oh and their breakfast was to die for. I usually take smoothies in the morning, was not there but there was variety of food to choose from

Loved everything honestly

The amazing staff is the real highlight of this hotel, reception desk, bellboys, room service, waiters and security everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are neat and clean. The breakfast and lunch options are wonderful. The chefs are kind enough to make some special orders for our kids. Mado hotel is definitely our regular hotel whenever we visit the city again

The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from.

Please make sure the room always has a bathing gel. I had to ask once and decided not to ask again when I realized I was not given one the day before my departure so I had to do without.

The staff was extremely friendly and service-oriented. Security/guards in front of the hotel were great. The room was large and relatively quiet with good wifi connection and a nice view over the city. Thank you, @Mado!

Breakfast is large, but I'd prefer some more "western" breakfast choices. The room on the upper floor was quite cold and airco/heater couldn'tbe adjusted, thus better bring socks and a long sweater :)

The location was good as iy was 5 minutes to the meeting conference. Their breakfast was also pretty good, lots of variety which i think was a bonus for me

The breakfast was good but needed more variety . It will be great if Arabic food is added . It is also good to add a playground area for children.

Great staff and nice, comfortable rooms. Good selection at breakfast and right in the middle of town. Makes it easy because all the drivers know Mado

The spa wasn't great and I think it needs a good scrub around the edges, but these are small things

Nice reception staff, even gave me free lunch buffet coupon for one day. Friendly staff and room cleaners.

Kitchen Chef was more occupied with taking photos of the lunch buffet than prioritising the timely opening of lunch buffet. So instead of being ready at 12 as advertised, it was only opened for customers at 12:30 and I could not take anything, as I had a flight waiting. Priority on customers would be better than taking photos.

Close to the airport with free shuttle both ways. Safe, spacious, and remarkable customer service. Everyone is eager to help. Truly an excellent hotel.

No hot water near midnight as the water heater probably cannot meet the high consumption at peak hour. But it’s no big deal as the weather is warm.

This is my 5th time at Mado Hotel. It is the best hotel in Addis Ababa and I will always come back here! If you want a lovely hotel with amazing, helpful staff, good food and a wonderful location....come to Mado!
