The breakfast was actually really good. Last time I was here, I was with a friend, and loved the biscuits and gravy, so I was sad to see they weren't out, but regardless, breakfast was really good! Turkey sausage and eggs! I plan to come back again someday!

I would like breakfast to be a little longer, and checkout time to be a little later, just so I don't have to feel rushed to wake up. It's not bad, but as a person who enjoys staying up a little late, it's nice to be able to sleep in.

Clean! Staff was very friendly. The location was good. Pool. Loved the new style of shade that is light proof and allows you to sleep late as you should on you off time! About 5 minutes from the town with great shops and parks and good restaurants but also has fast food nearby. Great place!

Nothing really. The place was great. Wish breakfast was a longer time frame.

The lobby and breakfast area were nice and big. Room size was nice. 2 queen beds.

Bathroom in room had mold on the floor along the bathtub. We did not have any hand soap or any tissues . There was no fan and it took a long while to unfog the mirror and stayed very humid. The room itself was clean but we did not get room service for the second night.

The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was nice but only for one person. The king bed was comfortable with nice big, king sized pillows! The main lobby was neat, clean and the staff was very polite, pleasant and friendly. She was very helpful and accommodating.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. They did offer a first floor room with 2 queen rooms, no jacuzzi. We opted to remain in our original room. The breakfast consisted of just waffles. The creamer for coffee was curdled. Be sure to fill the jacuzzi tub WAY past the jets before turning on. We tried to figure out how to turn it on as the button on the tub didn’t work, it was just the timer on the wall. when we did the wall switch, water sprayed EVERYWHERE! We laughed as it was our own fault and we cleaned up the mess as we did have plenty of towels. Memories made! Lol

The lady who checked us in Christina was very polite willing to help and has done her best to make sure we was taking care of please give her a raise she works at the one in South haven mi

The hotel is clean and in a great location about 5 minutes from downtown. The value is okay depending on the season. Coffee is always available and the staff are okay.

The breakfast is underwhelming but standard, undercooked sausage, box eggs, waffle maker etc. but is something to have.

The location was great! The room was super clean and comfortable. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. I forgot my earrings and we came back and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful in assisting us to get my earrings back.

The bathroom tile didn’t look super clean like it kinda looks like it is moldy but overall the room seemed super clean.

The coffee was very good, and the breakfast offerings were pretty good.

It was very annoying that both room keys had to be reactivated every 2 days. We would get all the way to the room, and then had to go back down to the desk. We asked for housekeeping service on a certain day, but housekeeper did not get the message. However, she immediately cleaned for us when we came back that day at 3:30.

Staff was top notch!

Booking.com promised king room and hotel stated there were no king rooms available at time of booking. There were only queen rooms available and so that is what we were given. We intentionally booked this room and hotel for the king. Disappointing.

Dawn the desk manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Addressed our needs personally.

Housekeeping staff had to be constantly reminded to remove trash from outside our door since they don't clean room unless requested.
