The breakfast was actually really good. Last time I was here, I was with a friend, and loved the biscuits and gravy, so I was sad to see they weren't out, but regardless, breakfast was really good! Turkey sausage and eggs! I plan to come back again someday!

I would like breakfast to be a little longer, and checkout time to be a little later, just so I don't have to feel rushed to wake up. It's not bad, but as a person who enjoys staying up a little late, it's nice to be able to sleep in.

Easy check-in and check out,, pool on the property, front desk staff helpful, complimentary breakfast ran to 9:30, which is longer than expected. Clean hotel, our room was spacious. Iron in the room, mini fridge and a microwave.

In the bathroom there was no shower cap, for breakfast it was only carbs offered. No protein like sausage or bacon or eggs.

Clean! Staff was very friendly. The location was good. Pool. Loved the new style of shade that is light proof and allows you to sleep late as you should on you off time! About 5 minutes from the town with great shops and parks and good restaurants but also has fast food nearby. Great place!

This property was very economical and conveniently located to the downtown area. The room was comfortable.

The indoor pool was too cool to really enjoy, and the pool area needed more lighting especially in the evening hours. The housekeeping could be more attentive.

The lobby and breakfast area were nice and big. Room size was nice. 2 queen beds.

Bathroom in room had mold on the floor along the bathtub. We did not have any hand soap or any tissues . There was no fan and it took a long while to unfog the mirror and stayed very humid. The room itself was clean but we did not get room service for the second night.

The lady who checked us in Christina was very polite willing to help and has done her best to make sure we was taking care of please give her a raise she works at the one in South haven mi

I thought it was nice that they offered fresh baked cookies even though I didn't get to eat any of them. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean.

A little maintenance could be done to replace caulking where it's failing around the tub especially.

The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was nice but only for one person. The king bed was comfortable with nice big, king sized pillows! The main lobby was neat, clean and the staff was very polite, pleasant and friendly. She was very helpful and accommodating.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working. They did offer a first floor room with 2 queen rooms, no jacuzzi. We opted to remain in our original room. The breakfast consisted of just waffles. The creamer for coffee was curdled. Be sure to fill the jacuzzi tub WAY past the jets before turning on. We tried to figure out how to turn it on as the button on the tub didn’t work, it was just the timer on the wall. when we did the wall switch, water sprayed EVERYWHERE! We laughed as it was our own fault and we cleaned up the mess as we did have plenty of towels. Memories made! Lol

The hotel is clean and in a great location about 5 minutes from downtown. The value is okay depending on the season. Coffee is always available and the staff are okay.

The breakfast is underwhelming but standard, undercooked sausage, box eggs, waffle maker etc. but is something to have.

Good breakfast and loved the cookies. Good sized room. Pleasant staff.

The room was musty. The carpet was very stained and the floor lamp was broken and the plug ins on the lamps would not work. I bought Febreeze and sprayed the room.
