Location was excellent. Lady at the desk very polite and concerned for my husband with his broken leg and our room location. My down to this is the site says parking with hotel which isn't specific to the hotel. It's free public parking which was blocks away and not convenient for someone with broken leg or anyone with any type of need.

Parking

Breakfast was not included. We knew this when I booked our stay, so we were not disappointed. We didn’t expect it. The location couldn’t be beat for South Haven. Our room overlooked the river, was close to South Beach, downtown and footsteps away from the Old Harbor shops and restaurants (which were wonderful). Spacious room with kitchenette and dining space. Very friendly guest services and the room itself was clean and comfortable for a few days away at the lake! We loved it!

Weekend parking in the summer season is limited. I would recommend reserving one of their limited number of pay to park ($15/day) spots in a nearby lot. Weeknight parking was easy…take your chances with unpaid parking. We were able to park right across the street.

We really loved the location of this hotel. It is in walking distance to all downtown shops and restaurants and to the beach. The hotel staff was wonderful! We had an issue with one of our window blinds and they promptly sent maintenance to fix the problem. The front desk staff were very helpful in offering recommendations for parking and things to do.

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. There was parking at the hotel for $15/day. But there were also several free parking lots across the street and a block away so it really was not an issue to have to pay to park. However, if you decide to take a day trip to another city, the parking lots could be pretty full when you return. If you secure the spot in the morning and don't drive anywhere, you will be fine.

Great location in winter season. Fantastic room, plenty of space and big shower. Staff was super nice and told us about the sunset hour (don't miss it). Parking was free, 1 minute walk from the room. Would totally recommend. Tip: The room you select in Booking is the one you get, so make sure you choose the one you like by looking at the pictures :)

I think the price for one night was a little bit high taking in consideration that it was winter season. Other than that, I would totally recommend the Inn for a nice long weekend with your spouse.

We loved the location and the staff was always super friendly and helpful. The room had a nice balcony and was comfortable. There were numerous restaurants that we could walk to for dinner.

The hotel is a little disjointed. Our room was down the block slightly. One day housekeeping just skipped servicing our room. By the time we got back at 6pm it was too late. However, the front desk did deliver clean towels.

Everything from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Staff was incredible! There was one lady who extended her help and did more than she needed to. Cleaning ladies were very nice and approachable! Created conversation and helped with everything! Amazing stay will definitely be back!!

Being so close to the water and watching the boating comes in. Walking distance to the beach and downtown area.

During the PEAK season I wouldn't stay here because the hotel rooms are so close to the road and walkways. Plus there is a bar with outside seating that would be loud until it would close (2am?) For us we would come during off season. But you like to be where its hopping then this is it.

Nice hotel smack dab in the heart of town by the water. Great view. But the staff, Dawn and Tracy, were very welcoming. Our room, made up by Ana, was spotless, and had everything we needed.

It’s a cozy spot on the Marina with fabulous water views, sunrise & sunset is spectacular! Old Harbor Inn rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean & comfortable. It’s a few blocks from great shopping, wonderful restaurants, a gamers market, beaches & entertainment. Very affordable with a gracious hostess!!!

It was quaint and we loved the size room we booked. We were within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

It was never an issue for me, but because of the way the hotel is situated on the bay, there is no dedicated parking lot on the property. The free lot just across the street was fine, but we were there in off season so I don’t know how much of a problem that is in peak season.
